I got a salt bagel and a french toast bagel, both with cream cheese, and they are SOOOOO GOOD. They loaded the bagel with cream cheese and the taste was amazing, I literally have never had a better bagel in my life!!

First time here. Just spent $30 on 6 pastries that were very meh. Not horrid, but no better than Entenmann's. I could have gone to Publix and come away with 3 times the Danish for that price. Not as impressed as I hoped I'd be.

I have been coming to Tiffany's Bakery since I was in Elementary School and yesterday I was so shocked by their hospitality and warmth to their customers. I told the man on the phone that I wanted to get Monkey Bread for my Dad that just beat his cancer. The man said that they did not have any in the case, but he specially made me Monkey Bread. I was so appreciative of the kindness of this man. I will always be purchasing my pastries and baked goods from Tiffany's!

Tiffany's is the best bakery we've found in Columbia! Their baked goods are always fresh and seasonal, and aren't so ridiculously sweet that sugar is all you can taste. Don't get me wrong, they're sweet but the chocolate cake tastes of rich chocolate, the lemon cakes taste of bright lemon...you get what I'm saying!
Highly recommend any of the chocolate cakes and cupcakes, the coconut cupcakes and parfaits and OMG the doughnuts!
The owner is frequently manning the counter, and is really sweet. Must be all the cakes!
We love this place. You will too.

I was so excited to finally visit this place, but I left disappointed. It seems to be mismanaged. There are so many things I spotted that could be changed from a process perspective that could improve the customer experience and the efficiency of the two businesses working alongside each other. For one, they haven’t combined the checkout process for Tiffany’s and The Bagel Guys. You have to make your purchase for one, then move to the end of the counter and place another order and pay for the other. That’s a waste of time. We’ve seen businesses combine purchases successfully. Ever been to a KFC/Taco Bell? We ordered a bagel with cream cheese, it took almost 10 minutes for it to come out, because I could see the guys in the back chit chatting and moving slowly. They wrapped the bagel in parchment and foil, only to give it to me COLD. Ordered a coffee, the bakery doesn’t do fresh coffee (which is crazy to me), it’s in two dispensers, watery and tastes like the machine hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The cups? Large styrofoam cups obviously meant for the fountain drinks with cold drink lids. When the kitchen calls “order up”, the woman working the register has to leave the front to go around the corner to grab the order, bag it, and bring it to the customer. There’s also a whole lot of space in front of the counters, but only one table with seats so if you want to have a seat while you wait, you have to take a seat in one of the booths. I imagine during a rush, seating is limited no? The shelves at the front were messy and disorganized, I could continue on and on. These are things that COULD be easily improved. I won’t be back, but I really do hope they figure things out. They’re a large bakery in a densely populated area. It’s a missed opportunity.
