It wasn't great. They serve cold chips, which I don't really understand. It was almost like they went to the store, bought a bag of Tostitos chips, and dumped them into a bowl. The fries were not very good either, and the taco was alright, yet below average. The margarita was pretty good, and the waiter was a cool guy. Probably won't go again though.

I have always thought Tio's was pretty enjoyable. It's the right combination reasonably-priced, pretty good food, and the restaurant not trying too hard to have an obnoxiously trendy atmosphere.

We had an okay meal at this place. After leaving we realized that our waitress had held our ids and not given them back after paying. After calling the restaurant they were not apologetic or offered any means of accommodation to retrieve our ids. Overall extremely upset, will not be returning or recommending to anyone ever!

Horrible experience! Do not go there. The waitress had to be flagged down multiple times to even come back to our table to assist us. The waitress was also ignorant to everything on the menu and couldn’t answer any questions we had. The food was disgusting. We had ordered the chicken quesadillas and the chicken was dry. The drinks tasted like pure juice as if it had little to no alcohol in them. We complained to the manager who then proceeded to make it seem like he was doing us a favor for not charging us for the quesadillas. He also told us that next we come to not order the chicken quesadillas and made it seem like it was our fault the food was horrible. He refused to take off the drinks even though we only had one sip. We ended up paying for the drinks we consumed and then we left. I wasn’t about to leave a review until today when I received a notification telling me my card was charged an extra twenty dollars for a tip that I never even left. They stole money from me. Do not go to this piss poor establishment.

The food was absolutely trash. Everything was lacking flavor. If you have no taste buds this is the place for you. The service was also equally lackluster, the server had no idea what we were ordering and when we asked follow up questions they answered with “I think so” when they clearly had no idea and didn’t receive a clear answer from another member of the staff. When the wrong type of margarita was brought to the table they stated they would substitute the item for another one. We decided to get a ‘substitution’ margarita but instead were charged for the additional margarita and the server replied “You didn’t tell me right away and drank it.” The server was not clear that we would be charged for another margarita. Honestly I do not recommend this place to anyone even if you are a college student, you are better off going to Taco Bell.
