Food was great. The only thing that I didn’t like was that my food wasn’t ready when I got there. I called it in and they said okay 10minutes. But once I got there after 10minutes my food still wasn’t ready they didn’t make my food until I came into pay n I still had to wait 10more minutes.

I got the Teriyaki Chicken entree. The rice is cooked to perfection. Chicken was nice and saucy. Although they were on the phone they greeted me to let me know they'd be ready in a minute. Fruit punch comes out of the water spout though (even if you let it run). It's cool in here and I like the way they've designed this place with red walls and wooden features. They have a large window so you can see the food being made as well. I'd bring my friends here.

Food and service amazing. The place itself needs to be touched up. Possibly confirm or validate the health inspection.

My coworker ordered lunch for us today. I ordered gyoza. It is deep fried to the point it is too hard to eat and soaked in oil, and did not come with the sauce. She called the restaurant and a staff member called her a liar, stated that is how it is supposed to look and was extremely rude. He told her there wasn't a manager in the store and told her they will not be fixing it. I order gyoza from different places including other Tokyo Grills. This is not what gyoza is supposed to look like at all. Very disappointed and now have no lunch.

Hidden gem tucked away in an unassuming shopping plaza. This shopping center has seen a lot come and go but Tokyo grill has hung around and is still delivering great flavor. Fast casual, I suggest takeout, but large portions and made quickly. Service is minimal as you order and pickup at the register.

The chicken is not fully coded with teriyaki sauce. Chicken is dry and too big to eat. Service is rude. Service does not look at online orders thoroughly.

This is located in what looks to be a dying strip mall. The staff polite and careful about hygiene; probably a holdover from covid. The food was cooked to order with generous servings. The restaurant itself was the issue. It is tired looking with an out of order women's bathroom.

Please read the reviews. They are not lying, the food is not fresh. It is days old, I saw where a few people left them comments and I thought heck let me try, listen to me please the meat is not fresh.. the chicken taste like it was cooked last week, been sitting in the fridge and re cooked a week later, the steak is chewy… the only thing that was edible was the steamed rice. Do not waste your time.

I don't usually leave reviews but I have to say every time I've been here I get the kid's steak plate with veggies... and every time the beef is so tender and just right, not tough and a decent amount! Best Tokyo Grill IMHO in Columbia :)
