It's not that service is bad. The young girl and guy that's always at the counter stays on the phone... every time I've been in there and it's alot. . Both have ear buds in and talking. That should be a big no when dealing with customer

Food is great customer service is a zero for me though… Both Cashiers were dismissive, irritable, on their phones the entire time, and then talked bad about each customer that walked out while I was sitting there eating.

Cashier could not tell me much about the quality of the food that they serve, so I said alright and walked out.

The food was mediocre, the customer service was not the best from the time of placing the call to picking it up, I didn’t feel welcome nor did I feel like I wanted to continue with placing of my order, which was due to the lady who took it. She gave low energy almost like she didn’t care to be at work or to help customers borderline attitude. I don’t know if I will go back to this location again.

Tokyo Grille is always my place for a clean rice and veggies plate with tender teriyaki chicken and some shrimp the white sauce is the topping

Ordered a chicken bowl and the chicken Was sour. Called and told them and they were nice about making another bowl or refund. I ended up getting another bowl and it was still sour. Would never return there, my stomach was in knots.

My last couple of experiences here as been terrible. We come here all the time always great service, but since your cashier from last time is no longer with you all the new lady that take orders have been terrible for business. She forgot our call in order and we had to wait a extra 15 minutes for our food. Please bring back your experienced cashier without her business is not good here. Food great. The service lately by new lady has been bad. She need better training.
