Killian Rd location (before a reply states wrong location). I walked in and placed an order, but ended up canceling it due to a very concerning food safety issue. I observed a younger male employee return from the back after touching his phone,
doors, and other items without washing his hands. He then went directly to the freezer at the front and grabbed an egg roll with his bare hands. When he noticed that I was watching, he dropped the egg roll and then used tongs to pick it up.

This was extremely unsanitary and made me feel uncomfortable eating there. I asked the very nice, kind, and professional young lady at the register to void my order.

Due to the seriousness of this concern, I have contacted the local health department so this can be addressed properly.

Got the steak shrimp and chicken entree! Fresh tender steak and shrimp with the delicious sauce on the chicken and white rice. Super good. Local btw.

The black girl in the front working on 6/19 around 4:17 when I came in needs to be fired. She has no customer service skills at all! Rude and nasty.

Food was simply okay. Employee who greeted me was VERY kind and lovely to speak with. My 2 star review is due to their online menu directly connected to their website has the item of spring rolls as a 6 pack but they only provided 2. After getting home, I realized we only got 2 and I called in. I was told they didn’t make the menu and cannot change it, but they only serve them as 2 packs. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have purchased the item altogether. Very disheartened by the experience and letdown of nothing being made “right”. I realize things may be out of their control, but I feel like something could have been offered to make things right, such as 4 additional rolls to satisfy what I paid for or a coupon for another order to make things right and make the customer feel valid in their concern vs dismissing the issue. If the online order menu is directly linked with your website, you should honor your prices. We unfortunately will not be returning.

It's not that service is bad. The young girl and guy that's always at the counter stays on the phone... every time I've been in there and it's alot. . Both have ear buds in and talking. That should be a big no when dealing with customer
