A little disappointed in the food today. Shrimp is undercooked and white sauce is watered down. This used to be the best Tokyo grill in town. Stop diluting the sauce.

Food is great customer service is a zero for me though… Both Cashiers were dismissive, irritable, on their phones the entire time, and then talked bad about each customer that walked out while I was sitting there eating.

The food was mediocre, the customer service was not the best from the time of placing the call to picking it up, I didn’t feel welcome nor did I feel like I wanted to continue with placing of my order, which was due to the lady who took it. She gave low energy almost like she didn’t care to be at work or to help customers borderline attitude. I don’t know if I will go back to this location again.

Ordered a chicken bowl and the chicken Was sour. Called and told them and they were nice about making another bowl or refund. I ended up getting another bowl and it was still sour. Would never return there, my stomach was in knots.

I had some young bald kid serve me, apart from constantly mentioning his girlfriend he was a top tier server and made me feel like a Tokyo King
They gave me extra white sticky cream. The young bald man called me father when i left and i had to run out of the door but it made me feel appreciated. I have a left ankle dislocation from falling in chicago. I also have a boiler problem?

My last couple of experiences here as been terrible. We come here all the time always great service, but since your cashier from last time is no longer with you all the new lady that take orders have been terrible for business. She forgot our call in order and we had to wait a extra 15 minutes for our food. Please bring back your experienced cashier without her business is not good here. Food great. The service lately by new lady has been bad. She need better training.

Serious hygiene concerns. Counter staff dipped finger in lip balm and rubbed all over lips then proceeded to package my order, handling every container. No hand washing at all ... I consider this a healthy hazard and will not go back

I have made many attempts to have a good experience at this location and there is always something wrong. My order is never what I call in. If I specifically order a side of shrimp and a separate side of broccoli, I should not have an order of broccoli and an order of shrimp with broccoli. Don't try to skimp me by using broccoli as a space filler. Last time I ordered shrimp and got chicken, so I guess this is progress. The convenience of not cooking isn't worth it when I don't get what I paid for.
