The steak is low quality and the rice is bland

Ordered the steak and chicken lunch meal. All of it was absolutely amazing! Price was very good for the amount of food they gave per order. The food was REALLY good. Staff was friendly, great customer service. Most definitely will go again.

Ordered $30 worth of food and they charged $1.00 for tap water—and they didn’t want to show me my receipt that had the charge on it. SHADY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! Forget this place! Take your business somewhere else!

Ordered via DoorDash. Not sure if I understand why give options for “No zucchini” or “No broccoli or no carrots” when the bowl doesn’t come with any.

Food was just ok. Red Bowl is much better but if you're looking for a fast meal on the run, this is your place.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki entree for take out. They give you massive portions for the price, but the food is not very good .

The rice was very salty and greasy. The vegetables were overcooked and lacked the normal variation you'd find at a teriyaki establishment. They also gave very few vegetables in the plate. The chicken was all dry breast meat and over sauced, making it grotesquely salty.

I was expecting better, but I'd put this a rung under Panda Express, which isn't anything special.

Used to love this place, I was a regular! But we had some chicken that was questionable and ended up sick the next day. I can't bring myself to go back knowing that i'm gambling with being sick.

Employees are apathetic and ambient music is loud, vulgar. Disappointing dining experience.

Not a pleasant experience with the food nor the people that work there. Food is just not good.
