I usually eat here when I want hibachi. Today was absolutely disgusting. The food tasted old and unseasoned. I asked if the carrots were sweet and they werenât. I wouldnât have paid for them had I known. The spring rolls didnât have much filling or taste. I spent $42.75 and I wish I hadnât. Iâm not eating this food and Iâm sure I wonât be able to get a refund. I have the worst luck.

Called to place a pick up order at 9:03pm, as soon as they picked up the phone they said, âwe are closedâ. I was confused because online it says they close at 9:30pm so thatâs what I said. And she said they stop pick up orders at 9pm and immediately hung up in my face. Iâve placed a to go order at this location after 9pm before and never had an issue. Horrible customer service and the online ordering times should be updated if they changed their policy. I also work in fast food and thatâs not how you properly pick up your store telephone.
