DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE LADY WHO RUNS THE DRIVE THRU AND FRONT COUNTER HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE I EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. She only wants your money THATS IT . My kids and my husband and I went it to get some food we came in so friendly and asked her how her day was and she just stood there looking so mean as hell and didn’t say a word just stood there with a look of disgust….i will NEVER give this place another dime and you shouldn’t either

Ordered through drive thru and the lady attitude was so nasty from the time the food was ordered til the time I left. I do not recommend this Tokyo grill her behavior was very unprofessional and inappropriate! First and last time going to this specific establishment.

The food is definitely different if you’ve ate at other Tokyo Grills. Doesn’t taste authentic. It’s very bland and barely cooked. My veggies were still hard, rice barely fried. Even my favorite sauce, ginger sauce, was way off in taste. I was disappointed. Doesn’t feel like a true Japanese restaurant.

The service was fast (too fast). What I mean is I asked before ordering if the food is cooked fresh & even though I was told yes, it was not. The only thing I hate worst than eating steak that has been cooked waiting on someone to pull up, is someone lying to me & someone adding an extra charge for something I didn't ask for. I asked did they give me sauce & they pointed at the bag & said yes but they only gave me the seafood sauce & no ginger sauce & they doubled the seafood sauce charging me & I didn't even mention sauce until I was pulling off. 1st time here & last. No wonder I was the only auto in the drive through & what a waste of $28. My 12 year old ate a couple of bite & got up from the table & she nearly only eats steak & rice. 85% of both orders ended up in the trash. Sorry but it was no good.
