Great food!!

This location is a personal favorite! And, as usual, today didn’t disappoint. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Today, I ordered online and got there a minute before my order was ready. A staff member noticed me looking at the online order shelf and asked my name. I appreciate that they are so attentive.

I have some food sensitivities and appreciate that I can customize smoothies and smoothie bowls. I also appreciate that the smoothie bowls are frozen so that they don’t melt quickly. My family also enjoys the meals. But, they don’t have gluten free bread, so I’ll stick with the delicious bowls.

The restaurant is clean, bright, and welcoming- just like the staff. I highly recommend this restaurant.

First time, trying Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I loved the customer service that was provided. I thought it was going to be a good idea, trying the Detox Island Green Smoothie and Thai Chicken Wrap, I was wrong. I had to throw away the entire smoothie in the trash because the kale and spinach overpowered the drink, the wrap was okay but it was not my cup of tea. However, I will come back to try other options on the menu!

I usually call in or order on line it's always a good experience and the food is tasty and smoothies are very refreshing

I very much requested a cheese dilla with chicken, the lady repeated it and all and gave me the wrong order. I came very politely and told Yaxini P that they forgot to add my chicken and they denied that I ordered it & then tried to charge me extra because they got my order wrong? She had on a headset so I’m sure she didn’t hear me right but the least she could’ve done is fixed it after I went all the way back there for them to fix my order. Horrible service.

In response to Tropical Smoothie saying to ask for regular size wraps. Their menu only offers one size so for the review with the picture of the small wrap you are correct and they don't have an option for you to select. $15 is already expensive for a wrap and drink but the portion size is ridiculous and I too have had similar issue with this location. The Aiken SC location is worth it and you get your money's worth!!!

I was soooo disappointed I just spent almost 15.00 for a smoothie and wrap. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread but requested to put it in a wrap. This wrap was so small. I thought highly of this location, but this has definitely changed my ratings.

One of my favorite smoothie place. Dax is the best manager around. Thanks for giving lovely experience each time.

I usually order for pick up. My order is always ready. I tried the Acai bowl with the Nutella. I didn't like it.
