I went to this location for the first time with my family and the I must admit that it will be my last time! I do not live on this side of town, and so walking in was an immediate different feel. The building inside does not look as pleasant and up-to-date as the other locations in/around the Columbia area. The building had an odd smell, which I noticed immediately once I walked in. With both of those being concerns, those are not the reasons why I am leaving this review. Long story short…. I need a manager to reach out to me. I had to address both the team lead Summer and the young man who took our order about an intimidating and very unnecessary gesture that my little 10 year old neice told me that he made towards her on our way out. I did not see it, but did re-enter the building to ask about it. The team lead Summer (I believe that is her name) was NOT helpful at all. She stood there, as I explained what my neice told me the male cashier did to her, as if I am not even speaking to her. She was very nonchalant and tried to act confused when I asked her when is the store manager usually in. What a bad experience overall! I believe that someone in management needs to reach out to me!!

If you getting anything get the mango moonshine a the flatbread chipotle it good the atmosphere is wonderful alway happily workers an a great fast time. Food always made fresh.

Ordered the hummus veggie wrap with chicken, received order, one bite in very salty and no chicken. Politely informed worker of this and offered to make another. After receiving 2nd wrap, again very salty. Needless to say wrap was refunded and no lunch. There was no apology for the inconvenience of the quality or for the quality of the food. The guy was very matter of fact as though I was bothering him.

I’ve ordered DoorDash from here and it’s always been great. I went to the store today and I didn’t even order because it was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY 🤢. They have the kitchen open and it was so dirty and smelled awful. Drove 10 minutes because I was craving it and literally walked in, looked around, and left. Somebody call DHEC.

Just went there 2:15 on 6/27. My Chia Banana Boost smoothie was the worst I have ever had They remade it...it was the 2nd worst I have ever had. Will never go back.

Got about six things wrong in my order, people were standing around waiting for ages and ages for them to make one little thing for their orders, didn't get very much apology or common sense consideration from anybody but the manager. They all seem stressed and understaffed, and there were tons of people there. Maybe they just had a bad night but I've rarely had a good experience at this location. The Ballentine location is brand new and on point! Everyone is so nice there and the food is amazing and just how I ordered it!

I went into the store and there were two new employees by themselves. They were lost and uncertain. Suddenly, two other employee's came from the rear and begin helping. When I received my order, there was ice still in the smoothie, it was watered and had chucks of peanut butter. This was a bad experience. The smoothie was not mixed. However, I called back to report and was offered to return the next day to receive a new smoothie.
