Why are the smoothies at this location never smooth? Do the blenders not work? It's called tropical SMOOTH-ie and yet I need a spoon to eat it not a straw. Chunks of ice and fruit.

Ovens must not work properly here. Ordered food on the app and picked it up immediately. Went to my car to eat real quick before going back to work and sandwich was cold. Not warm. Cold. Went back in and told them the issue. I asked for a new sandwich or a refund. They made another sandwich very quick which was great but this time half the sandwich was warm and half was cold. Wasted $8 on a sandwich the employees couldn't get right twice. Very disappointed

The store manager and the employees really looked out for me and the food was delicious. Employees are very professional and courteous every time i'm there. Always excellent service and food. Employees are always smiling , making me feel at home. Always nice things to say and they're always clean and dressed nicely along with the restaurant , is clean too. I highly recommend for you to try this tropical smoothie.You will love it.

The person at the counter was very nasty and had a bad attitude! If you have customer ordering then you must present a proper attitude. The food was fine but not their kale salad taste a bit too sweet for my taste

I have seen restrooms in 5points bars cleaner than this. Look at that baby changing table! Don’t get me started On the nasty mold ring in the toilet. And what ever liquid is all over the walls and floor I don’t want to know. Some how this establishment has an A rating….i think DHEC may have skipped over the bathroom or needs to do a surprise visit.
