Had a coupon for a free 24 oz smoothie with entree purchase. I was showing the employees my app with the active promo and it said expires at 11:59pm today and they would not honor it, just kept telling me it ended even though I was showing the proof it didn’t.
Update: Really unprofessional response from the owner. How am I supposed to know that thats the issue when nobody communicated that? I looked at all the other responses to low ratings and you really aren’t responsive to feedback. Maybe next time go for “I’m sorry for your experience in store and can understand the frustration. If the coupon doesn’t scan then it’s out of our control. I would suggest contacting corporate.” Instead of whatever kind of response that was. Don’t worry I won’t come back, not that you care

My son got a blueberry bliss smoothie. Hands down it was the best smoothie he's ever had. Way better than Smoothie King. We will definitely be going back to this one again.

I went to get a promotion, that unbeknownst to me had expired. The manager was awesome and granted it to me anyway! He had no idea of knowing what all I had been through in the last 4 weeks(Hurricane Helene brought with it mold damage in our home, displacement from our home for months to come, 4 weeks of a horrible respiratory illness for our children (where I have not been able to get out and about),etc. It was such a kind gesture for him to honor that and send me away with a delicious smoothie!! I absolutely love TSC's Blimey Limey and today it tasted even better than normal!!
I visited this establishment many times never had a bad service there. Well I'm not sure if it's because the dark color of my skin or just down right Dishonorable. I purchased a sunrise paradise and Bahama mama fruit cup. As I placed my order I was told they was a hot item selling and one was just made that was made inaccurate I missed it a minute before I walked in they had disregarded it. Cool I payed for my items took a seat. I happened to be seating close by the counter from the right where I can see the food preparation counter. A young kid named Justin reaches in the trash can and pulled the fruit cup out and dressed it up and bagged it and call my name. I was so in disbelief I requested Megan the manager and reported what I seen they both turned paled and apologize continuously. The kid faced turn red and walked to the freeze in the back. I have never felt hurt in my life before like I did yesterday. I am still shocked and lost for words filled with emotions because why wasn't I deserve to be made a fresh item?I was stunned and politely ask for a refund and left. I never faced racist in all 34 years of my life til now.

The lack of customer service is outstanding. Walked in and employees looked miserable and didn't say a word not even girl at counter. Told her my name, gor my smoothies then she walked off, I waited she came back and I told her I also had food, she literally rolled her eyes grabbed the food gave it to me and walked away . I had a issue last time with missing food that was never resolved and it's not worth the trouble wit this place. No customer service and the owner or manager never takes accountability for anything.

Could not redeem offer in app, store ran out of item or ingredients and stated they couldn’t make it or redeem offer.
Went to Tropical Smoothie today ordered a smoothie. I placed my order and then spot a guy picking his nose. After I paid for my order that same guy walked up without washing his nasty hands and began to make my smoothie. I then told him that I didn’t want that smoothie because he didn’t wash his hands and he took and slammed the blender in the sink. I asked for the manager and was told that unprofessional Riley who was digging in his nose was in fact the manager. The Manager using improper hand hygiene gets angry because I pointed that out.
You don’t dig in nose and prep people food. You don’t clean an wipe down and use the same gloves to handle food. DHEC regulations

Owner has veteran owned business sticker near front entrance but doesnt give active duty or retirees a military discount. Thats why I support the Tropical Smoothie across the street from Prisma Richland Hospital because they support our military and its veterans.
