There are better options than this place in the area, don't waste your time. Slow service, unkept floor, and with staff as cheerful as a funeral. The best interaction I had was with another customer that happened to ease my frustration at the time so I was just leaving a lazy review. I got a reply by the owner that stated that my prior review lacked ways to improve so I should leave a better review, so my review was edited.The owner doesn't really seem to understand their customers. (Look at the replies to some of the low star reviews) Sometimes people don't care enough about what was wrong, to point it out. I hope you found the list more beneficial to the betterment of your establishment??

Ordered delivery and waited 45 min no problem except they forgot one of our meals. Called store to repeated hang ups and no answer. Run poorly by teenagers. A shame. Ni manager I do

Cashier forgot to apply the Fan Fest discount to my wife's order. Cashier seemed to be new so that was no big deal. But when I spoke to the manager he basically blamed my wife for paying the price without acknowledging anything wrong on his side. He also refused to refund the money, or apply it to our next order. He looked annoyed and defensive from the start. Definitely bad customer service especially for a manager. The employees are much nicer then that particular manager even though they didn't work the register well.

I've spent quite some time reading the various responses of what I must assume is the manager/owner of this location. It is just further proof of how bad the customer service is, and it is just combative or defensive responses to the majority of the negative reviews. So, instead of the 3 stars, you're downgraded to 1. I almost NEVER give 1 star ratings... this will only be my second 1 star rating ever out of approximately 123 ratings I have given. * Oh, and to answer your question, no... I did not call because I was already gone and didn't have time to come back. AND, I have had an issue before, in which I did bring to the counter person's attention and was met with the same rude service as so many people have been expressing. It wasn't worth it. As a manager or owner or just a person with any business sense, maybe you should spend your energy on improving instead of being defensive, combative, and unprofessional to Google reviewers.

Ordered from here a few days ago, got a coupon in my email for $1.99 smoothie with purchase of a flatbread valid until February 16. Came in not even a week later to use the coupon and they say it’s not something they’re offering?!? What was the point in sending out the email then. Ridiculous.In response to owner response: No I didn’t enjoy your “fare”. Instead of you being able to get the $9 I still would’ve spent using the coupon, I chose to spend no money at your establishment. You and corporate not being on the same page is far from a logical excuse and will lose you money and business.
