The food and smoothies are always good and consistently taste the same each visit. The staff are nice and they provide friendly and quick customer service.

Dropped by the Tropical Smoothie at Rosewood Crossing. The food was solid. I got the mocha smoothie, smooth, balanced, no weird aftertaste. The staff was friendly without being over-the-top, which I appreciated. Nobody tried to upsell me six things or force small talk. In and out, no drama. If you're nearby and want something that won't wreck your day, this place gets the job done.

Tropical Smoothie near Fort Jackson has the best smoothies (my favorite peanut butter paradise). The customer service is always on point. I love coming to this location!!!

I bought 2 smoothies. My friend and I both felt like the flavor was watered down. It tasted like a frozen watered down drink

First time trying one of their smoothies. I got the mango magic. It was actually really good. I will be back to try some others. Pretty good amount of sugar in these things, but it's far better than a processed smoothie from mcdonalds. Probably not somewhere you want to sit and eat, way too much foot traffic and small dining area. Definitely try a smoothie, though.

This is February 2025, this place needs to do better they have very poor customer service dont expect a greeting upon arrival or for someone to offer you to take your order. Specially the lady the owner or wife I am not sure, I am sorry I usually dont write reviews but I just visited this place for the very last time, I would rather got to Clutch Coffee Bar: CLUTCH | Drive Thru Coffee Bar just around the corner they youngster there are really polite.

I work near this place I was only waiting on my manger to arrive at the store next door, I asked the rude lady could I use the bathroom she said no I have to buy something.Will not be purchasing from here again

I just left this location and was really disappointed by the behavior of one of the male staff members. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful toward a female employee. Instead of offering constructive feedback, he chose to raise his voice at her—even when she was simply acknowledging the issue and saying it wouldn’t happen again.

If this person is in any leadership role, they should seriously consider training on how to communicate with employees. Yelling at staff is not the way to improve performance. A workplace should be professional and respectful, and this kind of behavior creates a terrible environment for both employees and customers.

Wouldn’t recommend this location until management addresses how they treat their team.

I would definitely put names however the staff do not have name on their shirts.

I would highly recommend to go to this place. The atmosphere is very nice my phone arrived in about 5 minutes that's very good 👍.

Decided to give this business another chance, regrettably. Stated they issued a refund that I never received and also refused to make the order.

My favorite place to be away from home. Every drink is great as well as the snacks. I come for business meetings, family time, and date night. All day, any day is a good day to enjoy Teaspoon. Skyler and the staff as so kind and professional. All the way from Mya has been there from the start, to Kayla the sweet new face. It's very inviting and chill. I tell everyone I know how try Teaspoon. It's literally that good.

If I could rate the service here I would rate it a 0. The manager should definitely find new staff. We ordered to-go. Our order was wrong. My husband went back for a refund because I had to go to work and didn't have time for them to fix it. He politely asked for a refund and they were very argumentative.

Went in to get two breakfast wraps this morning. My order was wrong when I got home so I went to take it back to get a refund. The cashier wanted to argue with me about the food and gave me a hard time before I got my refund.
