If I could rate the service here I would rate it a 0. The manager should definitely find new staff. We ordered to-go. Our order was wrong. My husband went back for a refund because I had to go to work and didn't have time for them to fix it. He politely asked for a refund and they were very argumentative.

Went in to get two breakfast wraps this morning. My order was wrong when I got home so I went to take it back to get a refund. The cashier wanted to argue with me about the food and gave me a hard time before I got my refund.

This is the worst location in Columbia. Nasty staff and they get upset when they get your order wrong and you say something. Very rude and the items taste different than the other locations they don’t make them correctly. Save your money and go somewhere else. If it was possible I would give them zero stars.

I come and order the same Bahama Mama smoothie every time and it always takes watered down. Then there's hesitation about whether they're going to remake it. Usually when they remake it it tastes better as if an ingredient was left out purposely. Today, my smoothie tasted like you had no orange juice in it tasted watered down. I asked them to remake it and again it tasted like some of the ingredients were missing or it was made with Splenda. I just ended up throwing the smoothie away.

So glad this location has all new staff! They are so nice and friendly. It's obvious they care about their customers and ensure the orders are completed correctly and neatly. The atmosphere is so inviting and the smoothies and food are always so good!

Location was prompt and thorough, very clean, and staff was friendly. Was not very busy when I visited. Food was fresh and warm, well packaged, and made correctly. I ordered via the app from very close by and the order was already made and ready by my arrival not even 10 minutes later. Would definitely recommend.

Smooth was made to perfection, even in the midst of all the customizations. Food is delicious. Clean inside. They are super friendly and helpful. They're full of positive vibes towards you and towards the preparation of the smoothies.

I LOVE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE! I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS! THE FIRST TIME I CAME, I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY SON. MY SON IS 5 NOW. That shows how much I love you guys. I've seen a lot throughout the years. I come multiple times a week. I get my usual stuff. Santa Fe chicken quesadilla, barbecue chips, and a smoothie. I've had the wraps before. I get the Island Green, Sunrise Sunset, Acai Berry Boost, Avocalada, and Mango Magic. The other smoothies I'm skeptical about. The Blimey Limey sounds good, but people say it tastes like Starbursts. The Paradise Point is okay. The Chia Banana Boost is okay. Very banana-ey. My son drinks the smoothies and eats the quesadillas, too. He does banana and strawberry or blueberry and strawberry smoothie. If I can be honest, I MISS THE OLD TEAM. There was a white woman who was running the store, and she had people under her. Her name was Dana. I miss Liam, Layla, Tiri, and Maya. They we're perfect. They were always polite, and they loved my son. My son loved them, too. The new people are good. Their Indian. It took me some time to get used to them. When I first started coming here, the smoothies were $5.05 with tax. Over the years, they've gone up. The Acai Berry Boost is $8.35 with tax. I will keep coming here as long as I'M BEING TREATED FAIR, WITH RESPECT AND MY ORDERS ARE RIGHT. I'm skeptical about new people because their new. I have been dealing with the same team for a long time. So as long as the new people are doing what their supposed to do, they'll keep me as a customer. If they start changing, I will change too and stop coming here. I've been to the Lincoln Street location. Their good, too. I live on Rosewood, so Fort Jackson is closer to me.

Kid-friendliness: They have kid size smoothies that are a bit over priced ?? almost $5, and the kids' quesadillas

Excellent service and cleanliness since new crew or team took over this cafe! All chiken is actually fully cooked, and all smoothies are made according to recepies and well blended. Good job, new team or new management!
