FYI: This place has official warnings with the labor licensing dept….I like to investigate things like this when I go somewhere and get bad vibes from mgt/ owner. You have to pay your employees for time worked!!!!

Order was sent to our college student and roommate. Order never received. Driver phone number disconnected. Called the USC store, the Manager, Keira said it wasn’t her problem and contact corporate. This was a waste of my money. The Store Manager was beyond rude and extremely dismissive. I will communicate my experience to the other Parents that send surprise orders to their students to patronize another establishment. No one should be treated this way! She actually said that it’s not her problem. Corporate complaint sent. Beyond furious!
To be clear my issue is with THE STORE & DELIVERY. I ordered thru the Tropical Smoothie app.

Parking: There isn't a specific parking lot for Tropicals parking lot. It is also right on USC campus. You will have to use the parking meter.

Malik was very nice!! Made my smoothie really good and was a friendly face to walk into. He was funny, kind, smart, caring, respectful and generous. Our experience would not have been the same without him. We will be coming back!!!!

On the free 12oz smoothie day I had the worst experience ever. I walked up to the register and told Daniel W (the cashier) I was here for the free smoothie. He proceeds to say “You have to have on flip flops” (all while looking at my feet). Although I didn’t have on flip flops, I had on sandals, something similar. Daniel ended up giving me the smoothie anyways. As soon as I got my smoothie a couple (which they are caucasian) behind me walked up and said they were here for the free smoothie & Daniel W with no question gave them the smoothie, saying “yea of course!”BUT they had on SNEAKERS. My family (which we are black) proceeded to walk back up to the register and get the free smoothie as well & Daniel W looked at their feet and said “you have to wear flip flops”. My mom said don’t even try to run that on us because did you do the same with them? No you did not. I have never been racially profiled at a tropical smoothie before and this is a first. Daniel W customer service is disgusting and I did not appreciate him racially profiling my family like that in front of everyone.

Came in around noon yesterday and my smoothie tasted like dirty water. I wish an employee would have informed me or hell if the water isn’t good then don’t open up will not be back!!!

Smoothie was great. I ordered a side of Kale and Apple Salad. It came in a bowl that was intentionally flattened with a spoon full of salad. So NOT worth the $2.50 it costs.

Even though it was busy when I walked in, the staff was still friendly and fast. I got our food quicker than I thought. And it was delicious. Clean bathrooms also! Friendly service. Will def be back if I’m in the area again. The PB Banana Crunch flatbread was good!! Thx y’all
