I ordered the bahama bowl with no coconut, no chia seeds and add mango from the app. I did not receive an order receipt to my email or on the app. I got to the store, picked up my order and brought it back in when I seen it was wrong. The chia seeds & coconut was not taken off. I explained that it was a mistake to the manager on duty, he insisted that I can not receive a refund at store and if I wanted it remade, I would have to pay $13 again. Coconut nor chia seeds is a upcharge, it comes on it originally. I have to contact my bank just to get it disputed because I did not take the order. I have never been anywhere that refuses to fix a simple mistake. I will not be returning to this location.

For my first time going to any Tropical Smoothie Cafe, I will DEFINITELY return. I got the Sunrise Sunset and would definitely recommend for any future newcomers!

Answered receipt survey, received a $1.99 smoothie with flatbread purchase- chipotle chicken club. A language barrier at the register:( gave a name of Jennifer and she typed jeffer on receipt.

Always fast and efficient but my Three cheese chicken quesadilla looked TERRIBLE the crust of the bread was falling off it and looked rushed !!! I also only got a little bit of ranch. Loved this location but might not be here for a while. The Bahama mama i ordered was good.

This has become one of the best TSCs in Columbia. The ladies make sure to take care of your order and ensure you get value for your money (iykyk)The one on Killian has a little more lively customer service but I do love the care they give at this location.

The green detox is my go to smoothie. I feel it helps cleanse my body. If you like greens, you will enjoy this drink.

This is the BEST Tropical Smoothie Cafe around. The guys there are super friendly and the smoothies are not watery tasting like they have been at some of the other Tropical Smoothie Cafes. Don't go just for the smoothies. Give their wraps a try. I've had several and they are all delicious. They don't skimp on the fillings either. I hope you like it as much as I do!

Sunrise sunset with whey protein. I order almost every time. I like that I can get a piece of fruit. You can substitute the type of sweetener if you want.

Normally, I’m satisfied with food and service but today my sandwich was made wrong and I drove all the way home and had to drive back. No apology handed me my food like it was my fault and the chicken was cold like it wasn’t cooked long enough.
