The tropical smoothie Cafe on roberts branch (killian) is much better than this location. For some reason my smoothies do not taste as good and sometimes has a weird aftertaste.

I have never had NASTY food from a tropical smoothie cafe. First time trying this one and my sandwich was just pitiful barely any turkey on it and overall not good. Not even sure how my smoothie was nasty if you follow a worldwide recipe for it. Don’t go to this one ever.

Happy Hour is between 2pm to 4pm. However when I called and asked about it they hung up purposely! I called back and they finally admitted that I was correct Happy Hour is between 2p and 4p however when I asked about prices and specific drinks they hung up again! I would never recommend!

7:12 , The customer service is really bad they don’t speak and they come off like they don’t like their job , So In this economy I don’t have the time nor energy to spend my money with a company that has no respect so I … I will NOT BE BACK!!!

Every time I try to redeem my point for a treat they give me a hard time.

Order was taken quickly person assisting was nice. Smoothie was delicious. The employees may seem a little stand-offish but they are focused on getting your order completed quickly.

I ordered a paradise point smoothie. The guy at the drive thru has a thick accent, cool miscommunication. He rings me up and gives me a peanut paradise smoothie. I go in and say I wanted paradise point. He seemingly, offended that my order was wrong? Insists I ordered something I never ordered in my life. That I mixed up the smoothies and need to double check next time BYE. Never coming back

Customer service was horrible. Inquired about using teachers discount they claimed they do not offer but google clearly says otherwise, I even showed them and they all looked at one another. Asked for my side that’s included with purchase and they acted like that was an issue. I will not return to this location any longer. Only reason I completed order is because I was pressed for time. Food has definitely been better, I tossed it.

This was my first time at this location and this was the worst costumer service i’ve ever experienced. I will make sure to tell my peers to never come to this location, this man specifically was so rude and disrespectful. never again.
$40 down the drain.

Worst service ever!!!!! Order the ohana smoothie and didn’t like the taste of it and went back inside and asked for another different smoothie or a refund and was told we can’t do that because once we order it that’s it!!! Spent 30$ on 3 smoothies and couldn’t even get a different one or my money back!!! That’s not satisfying YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! Or make us return. If you don’t like something it should be exchanged for something different we don’t know what any of these smoothies taste like until we spend the money on them and not all of them are great!! Very disappointed in this location.

I recently tried the Mango Magic Smoothie, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations this time. The taste seemed quite different from what I remember — it was less fresh and had an unusual aftertaste. I’m not sure if the mangoes used were overripe or if the recipe has changed, but it just didn’t taste right. I usually enjoy this smoothie, so this was a bit disappointing.
