Order was taken quickly person assisting was nice. Smoothie was delicious. The employees may seem a little stand-offish but they are focused on getting your order completed quickly.

I ordered a paradise point smoothie. The guy at the drive thru has a thick accent, cool miscommunication. He rings me up and gives me a peanut paradise smoothie. I go in and say I wanted paradise point. He seemingly, offended that my order was wrong? Insists I ordered something I never ordered in my life. That I mixed up the smoothies and need to double check next time BYE. Never coming back

Customer service was horrible. Inquired about using teachers discount they claimed they do not offer but google clearly says otherwise, I even showed them and they all looked at one another. Asked for my side that’s included with purchase and they acted like that was an issue. I will not return to this location any longer. Only reason I completed order is because I was pressed for time. Food has definitely been better, I tossed it.

This was my first time at this location and this was the worst costumer service i’ve ever experienced. I will make sure to tell my peers to never come to this location, this man specifically was so rude and disrespectful. never again.
$40 down the drain.

Worst service ever!!!!! Order the ohana smoothie and didn’t like the taste of it and went back inside and asked for another different smoothie or a refund and was told we can’t do that because once we order it that’s it!!! Spent 30$ on 3 smoothies and couldn’t even get a different one or my money back!!! That’s not satisfying YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! Or make us return. If you don’t like something it should be exchanged for something different we don’t know what any of these smoothies taste like until we spend the money on them and not all of them are great!! Very disappointed in this location.

I recently tried the Mango Magic Smoothie, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations this time. The taste seemed quite different from what I remember — it was less fresh and had an unusual aftertaste. I’m not sure if the mangoes used were overripe or if the recipe has changed, but it just didn’t taste right. I usually enjoy this smoothie, so this was a bit disappointing.

worst location ever. I order from the FT Jackson location with no issues EVER. I ordered 2 weeks straight one time from there and nothing got messed up. This location? I still have yet to receive a correct order. When you call to complain they are no help!!! last time I got someone else’s order, tried calling and they said mine would be on the way shortly. Today? They forgot Nutella on my NUTELLA açaí bowl. Stay away from this location in particular.

Everytime I go to this location I'm never disappointed!!! Exceptional service and food is ALWAYS!!!!! FRESH!!! THEY TAKE REAL PRIDE IN REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU!!! 🙏🙏

This location is very unprofessional and disrespectful… I placed an online order to be picked up but when I got there someone had already come by & picked up my order, I explained to them that they gave the wrong person my order and when I asked for my order to be remade they refused and would not give me a refund.. I asked to speak to a manager they repeatedly told me that the manager wasn’t available so I said I would call the next day. I called the next morning and spoke to who I thought was the manager because I asked to confirm & I explained what happened the previous day and the response was that it wasn’t their problem and hung up in my face… so I never received my order but they took my money ..this location is a poor representation of tropical smoothie cafe and I will never order from them again !

This guy refused me service at 9:50pm. The sign says close at 10pm.
