Always fast and efficient but my Three cheese chicken quesadilla looked TERRIBLE the crust of the bread was falling off it and looked rushed !!! I also only got a little bit of ranch. Loved this location but might not be here for a while. The Bahama mama i ordered was good.

The ladies make sure to take care of your order and ensure you get value for your money (iykyk)The one on Killian has a little more lively customer service but I do love the care they give at this location.Vegetarian options: Any offering can be had with plant bases chicken and it is quite tasty.

This is the BEST Tropical Smoothie Cafe around. The guys there are super friendly and the smoothies are not watery tasting like they have been at some of the other Tropical Smoothie Cafes. Don't go just for the smoothies. Give their wraps a try. I've had several and they are all delicious. They don't skimp on the fillings either. I hope you like it as much as I do!

I LOVE Tropical Smoothie, but not this location. The last 2 times i've ordered through the app my order has been ready on time, but previously i've waited a while. This time I went in to pick up my order and I was actually greeted with a smile, I'm usually ignored. The bathroom in this restaurant is despicable- it felt like I was at an old bar downtown. The entire building is only a few years old, and that restroom is run down already. It makes me feel like the whole restaurant is dirty and not taken care of. Lastly, The food is consistently skimpy with ingredients. They tend to load it up on lettuce and leave dressings, proteins, and other ingredients off or put them on in barely noticeable quantities. The Harbison location is great, so this location has a lot of improving to do.I will not be back.

Stopped in to grab a smoothie with my ladies after an afternoon of shopping and such. Ordered one of the mocktail smoothies and it was overly mango flavored. Not sure if it was the ratio or if mango is just that strong lol
Normally, I’m satisfied with food and service but today my sandwich was made wrong and I drove all the way home and had to drive back. No apology handed me my food like it was my fault and the chicken was cold like it wasn’t cooked long enough.

Very nice employees. Wait wasn't long after placing an app order. We were at an appointment nearby & were trying to time leaving one & arriving at TS very close together. Smoothies were being blended as we walked in & cupped soon after. Love the new Strawberry Daiquiri smoothie!
