A few months back a friend introduced us to Tropical Smoothie and we are hooked! Once, I tried a different location and was extremely disappointed. The big difference is the smiling face that Prachi brings to you. She is so pleasant, kind, and nice. If I could give 10 stars, I would! :)

Someone recommended this location to me after I told them that I went to a TS on not too far from Columbiana mall that had a horrible smell. I came to this one, and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and the food was delicious 😋. I will come back to this TS because they do an amazing job!!!!

The smoothie was good, but the customer service was off, how I ask you a question & the person behind me answer because you walk off. I don't stand for that kind of rude behavior, almost didn't put my order in. I'm audible, but I'll let it slide.
Have a peaceful day & don't treat people any kind of way just because your location is in the hood.
