Twisted Taco is better if you stick to one thing on the menu. Even if you do that, they can still be inconsistent at times. Although, I find the burritos to be quite good. I’ve yet to have an unfavorable experience and I will continue to order from them.

The food is good. The service and management is terrible. I ordered my food an hour ago. It said it was done 45 mins ago. I asked where it was and they hadn’t made it yet. They moved my order to the front to get it done sooner for me, then lost track of which food was actually mine. Not sure how management can be this poor. At peak hours you should have more than 2 employees actually working. After an hour of waiting for my food and not receiving a refund, I’m leaving.

Takes way too long for a substandard bowl of food that has been sitting and drying out. 33 minutes for a take out order? Lol. The workers were just standing around, not making food. Not sure why it would take 33 minutes. And you cannot order at the counter. Awful.

Absolutely horrible service. The food is never ready on time. Even if it says on grubhub that your food is ready, it's not. Even if you put in an order an hour earlier. They will still never have it ready. Last time I am getting anything.

I find the food is pretty good for the VCU dining services. The face to face service is fine but the mobile order service sucks…it didn’t used to. It’s the opposite of convenient. I live off campus and I end up waiting 10 extra minutes when I arrive to pick up my food. I get that they have a bunch of people in line at hand though, I only suggest figuring out a better system to get mobile orders done efficiently.

One of my absolute favorite places to grab lunch while on campus! It’s basically like a Moe’s or Chipotle offering fast and fresh hispanic cuisine. They give a lot of food which makes up for the campus price points.
