Horrible service. Ordered our food online at 7:15 p.m. and it said it would be ready at 7:40. Traffic was bad and got there at 7:56. My food wasn't even ready. I can hear em talking in the back and I could tell they didn't even check the online orders. The lady camem back out and I asked her why my food isn't ready. And she said that there's a couple things that they don't do until you get there so to stay hot. bull$hit! I waited another 20 minutes and she comes out with what I thought was my food. I get all the way home and it wasn't the right food. I tried to call the restaurant for another 20 minutes and it rang and rang and rang and then finally somebody answered. She said they don't have a manager on duty at night and then hung up. I tried to keep calling back to get my right food because what they had given us I couldn't eat because of an allergy. She kept hanging up on me. And I wasn't driving all the way back up there again because they screwed up how do you not have a manager on duty just in case of stuff like this. Horrible Place. Don't waste your time and money. The place is dirty. I don't know how they stay in business.I guess the owner doesn't care

First time trying this location. (Two Notch Road SC) and it was great. We got our order to go. It was correct! Food is delicious and cooked well! Ranch dip is delicious! Customer service at pickup was great! We ordered the wings and fries combos. (Plain and mild) We will be back!!

Poor poor service. Sat for 20 minutes as two orders behind us. Got theirs and left. They Never check about our order. I asked for a refund. Clerk Disputed & Never gave food or refund. Poor trained staff. They did not care

Wow! The food here is top notch on Two Notch. I got the gyro and fried okra and they came out hot, fresh, and tasty. I also really liked that I could mix my own sweet tea with either peach or lemonade. I opted for peach and it made my afternoon. The service was excellent too: I appreciate that the person taking my order was patient with me navigating an unfamiliar menu.

Just brought a wing combo online and showed the guy at counter my receipt order that matches the menu and he refused to give me a drink when it clearly said combo and it was same price as the menu price. Can’t argue with him bc I don’t like to argue but that’s crazy.
I placed an online order for 2 Talapia combo meals. My daughter picked up the order and was only given one of the meals. I call the store and am told that they didn't even make the second order. I ask to have the order refunded and am told that because my order was placed through Chow Now there was no way for them to refund just one of the meals. So as you may suspect I am fired up. For $28.16 you would think that the person at the counter would have done a double take one handing my daughter the order.

Would give a zero if i could...staff very disrespectful...my child was trying to place an order and the girl a who answered the phone told her to stop calling and called her a b$^ch...then said go kill yourself! I asked to speak to the manager she said they were not in. I will be calling Corporate as well

Ordered two sets of wings. One was okay and one not so. The service was credible and the prices average but I am not sure what the hype was about this place. I may give it a second try to see if they were just having a bad day.

Amazing food! Got the Philly Cheese steak sub combo with buffalo wings and lemon pepper. Wings and Fries were perfectly seasoned. Wings were cooked just right. Manager was extremely nice, awesome service.
