First visit to Vicious Biscuit. The menu is amazing and very diverse. My friend recommended the biscuit choices. I,however opted for the pancakes with the old school breakfast. It comes with 2 eggs sausages and grits. The pancakes were good and the grits and eggs were excellent.

The service was quick at the counter and my food was delivered within 5 min. I told the cashier this was my first time and he was patient and helpful. I was there around noon and there was a steady flow of customers. I ordered shrimp n grits with a biscuit and Orange juice. Ample parking and the dining area and bathrooms are clean. There is also patio seating on the front of the restaurant. The food is reasonably priced, delicious and spicy and there is a variety of food for everyone . There is also a jam bar for the biscuits.

Had an incredible time visiting with friends. This store is wheelchair accessible and provides excellent food with excellent service. It’s an order and pay at the counter then they bring you food to your table. I did not get to see the bathrooms of this store to know their accessibility. The parking lot has wheelchair accessible parking and has a barrier free entrance. The outdoor seating is also wheelchair accessible.

The staff is top notch here…today we were greeted in line with easier to read menus, warm lady that took our order, patient staff that delivered our food and cleaning crew that kept the place tidy. We ordered the bowls and next time will order a biscuit so we can use the jam bar with all the special butters. You can’t go wrong coming here!

I've been here before and like the food, but today I went in and did a to go order from the counter and was never given my order. I was told that they would call my name and I went and sat down and waited. I waited over 20 minutes and eventually discovered that the order was placed on the grubhub shelf. I watched them call the names of other orders and hand off the bags, so I'm not sure why mine ended up on the shelf. I never exited the restaurant during the wait.
If I wanted a cold biscuit, I would have ordered through grubhub and waited on the delivery. I do not live on this side of town, so this isn't a convenient location for me to visit. Wasn't super busy when I walked in, so that's not the issue. Please be mindful of the to go orders is all.

There is definitely a wait so go with the intention of a line and a wait for food, but it’s SO WORTH IT! The staff was attentive, quick, and worked so hard for the large crowd. The food is THE BEST! We’re from TX and I think this beats anything we’ve had in TX. I opted for a healthier option and it blew my mind! Everything was great, there was 5 of us and we all got something different and all of us enjoyed it.
My experience at Viscous Biscuit was outstanding! The food was absolutely amazing perfectly cooked, flavorful, and served fresh. But it wasn’t just the food that made the visit memorable; the customer service was top-notch. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
I also had the pleasure of meeting VP Mike, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His dedication and passion for the restaurant shone through, and it made the visit even more special. Viscous Biscuit is a must-visit for anyone who values great food and exceptional service!

My experience with Vicious Biscuit was great. The line was long, but worth the wait.
Parking: There were 3 parking spots open on the side of the building and got in one of them.
Kid-friendliness: All the children I saw were with family and it was crowded but friendly conversations every where.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was a wheelchair ramp on the side where we parked but I didn't take the time to check the other side.

Just moved here and this was our first time at vicious biscuit. The food was INCREDIBLE (coffee, “the vicious”, mimosa carafe, and pumpkin cream pancakes). Arthur came to visit with us for a few minutes and welcomed us to Columbia. I am definitely putting this on my “out of town friends and family restaurant rotation”.
