Kool little place to do drinks. Appetizers were really good. Friendly service. Went on a off Sunday with no sports going on so it was plenty of seating. Probably fills quickly on busy weekends because it is fairly small.
Man, this place brought me back to my youth. Combination dive bar and pizza joint with a doorman to boot. The inside was exactly what you should expect: college bar, college kids, even included 2 pervie looking old guys at the bar.
Most importantly for this review is that the pizza and salad we got was delicious. Pepperoni and a cheese pizza, greek salad. All primo. Make sure to get the house ranch to dip your pizza in. Wish I had thought of pictures but I was too busy eating.

We ordered through doordash. The pizza was burnt and cold. We ordered a half and half pizza, but all of the toppings were placed on only half with the other side just being bread and burnt cheese. The other cheese only pizza featured all cheese in the center and burned the outside and bottom. We didn't receive our 4 ranch dressings. The spinach dip was also cold. We had to use our microwave to eat the pizza.

Village Idiot is a fun little pizza place! The service isn't always great, the drinks aren't made particularly strong, and the appetizers are a little pricey compared to what they are. Also, sometimes the music is turned up way too loudly, making it difficult to converse with your friends.
Nevertheless, Village Idiot is a fun, old-school place where you can drop in and get a slice of pizza in a convenient amount of time.
