I tell you what the morning grill master is the man. Think he is Jamaican. That man can cook some eggs. The service is fast and friendly. This has to be my favorite waffle house in the Columbia, Lexington, Irmo area.

I visited yesterday 5/16/25. It was around 5. There were no customers only the two staff were present. I’ve been eating at The Waffle House for 30 years and last night was the best experience I’ve had all around. Thank you. I highly recommend the establishment.

I ordered online, and my order was supposed to be ready at 7:55 a.m. I got there at 7:54. When I stepped in a young lady, ask me if I needed to order, and I told her I was online and my name. She looked at a bag sitting on the counter and acknowledged that it was mine and then turned and went to the other end of the line. 20 minutes later, and 4 customers later, another lady asked me if she could help I said the same thing she looked at the bag and said, "All I need to get you is your coffees." I was not happy, and I told her what happened she verified which lady originally helped me, and she said, "My bad" , Well now I'm late and in a hurry. I left without checking my bag, only 1 set of flatware, no butter for any of the items in my breakfast, no jelly, no syurp for my waffle, no salt. I won't be visiting this Waffle House again.

Came in here on Christmas Day waiting for 20 minutes for my order to be taken , instead I was being ignored and the servers was having their own side conversations. I eventually left , I most definitely did not feel welcomed here . Never again
