Horrible service. The server was rude and kept pressuring everyone to pay before the shift change. Both orders were wrong, my waffle, the sausage, and biscuit were burnt badly, and the server forgot part of our food up until right before we were forced to pay. The server also watched as my fiancé paid to see what he tipped. A cook was complaining loudly the whole time too. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone, and I should’ve gotten a refund.

Very nice location with excellent staff! Great waffles and hasbrowns in classic WH style!
Went on a Thursday night. The tables were closed so we sat at the hightop. I got the Waffle and bacon. The bacon was delicious, the Waffle was to sweet and had too much vanilla. The service and atmosphere were great.

I will not be coming back to this location. Me and my boyfriend planned to have a nice lunch and then go to an arcade after. We had a gift card we wanted to use as partial payment and knew since it’s the age of split payments it would be doable. We had barely received all of our ordered food when the waiter asked for us to pay for our food because they were getting off the clock (I’d like to mention 20 minutes after we left they were still there on the clock working, so this just made me feel rushed). When we asked to do the split payment it was a back and forth disagreement on it because he didn’t know how to do it and didn’t want to admit it and ask for help from a manager. After I had paid for it in full on my card, leaving the gift card unused because of this disagreement/argument, the waiter brought out our waffle burnt, almost the color black of the table burnt. Now I don’t expect much for Waffle House but it would’ve been nice not to have left hungrier than we came. I’d like to also mention not once did he check on us before asking us to pay before that. I’m even more livid that we were left to wash down the filth with nothing as we never received a refill on our drinks. I’d also like to say as soon as we walked in the door it was a ghost town, everyone quickly ran to the back leaving the poor guy who was supposed to be getting off to take care of us. Horrible service now since the renovation! Will be going to a different one from now on!

I went to this Waffle House at midnight because it is open 24 hours and it turns out that I couldn't eat in the place that I could only order to go and at no time did it say that you couldn't eat there and the waitress and the cook laughed when we we went like saying good thing they didn't

Walked in. All the tables were dirty . Not a big deal. I’m just waiting for one of the staff to say something like, I don’t know, “be with you in a minute”. Party of four comes in and immediately lead to a table. I just left. Felt disrespected. That’s never happened to me at a Waffle House.Went to the one on Broadriver rd. Wayyyyy better staff. Walked in and 2 people immediately said, “Welcome to Waffle House”. Same with the person who came in after me.
