it should be hard to screw up a standard breakfast order, but the cook had no idea what she was doing. The fried eggs were raw and the bacon was burned. They couldn’t be bothered to sprinkle the pecans through the waffle, so they were in a clump in the middle. The waitress was nice.

I was staying in the area and one morning I grabbed food to go. This is the cleanest, friendliest waffle house i have ever been to. Both my to go and dine in experience was great!

Waffle House has lost their minds. Just spent 18 dollars on an all star special. Started at $14 (5 years ago was less than $10 with tax) and had to pay a togo fee and a service fee and tip. So service fee must be just for buying anything. I thought it was for serving me at a table but I also payed to go fee so idk. Ill come back to waffle House when they decide to charge a reasonable amount.

They were fully staffed as there were at least 6 women working that we could see and all seemed pleasant except for our server Briana. This was just before 11am and she clearly lacked waitressing skills as she never came back or recognized we were missing food until I was starring at her waiting to catch her attention. I asked for the bacon and extra plate we were missing and she came back with a rude attitude and said "I was come over to see what you were missing" and threw a plate on the table infront of of my 2 year old son to the point where it rolled on its base until it stopped. Completely unnecessary and uncalled for all because I asked her for the bacon and plate we were missing. Then my husband went to the register which she ignored him until another lady came. We won't be back and Briana needs to get the basics of customer service.

Anytime I eat at waffle House I ordered exactly the same thing because I have some dietary restrictions. I always order a single hash brown lightly crispy, double smothered which is onions, double chunked which is ham, double diced which is tomatoes, and double capped which is mushrooms. I order this with an over easy egg on top, which today they informed me is called piggyback. No other place has told me that and I have been to countless locations. Today the food was so delicious. I have never made a Waffle House review, but this one deserves it. It was absolutely perfect. It was the way I ordered it and that is typically the problem. The server doesn't really listen and adds cheese or whatever she wasn't listening to and invariably it is different. Today it was so delicious. The portion was amazing and the chef that cooked it was also amazing. I will include store number and location because anybody passing through or living nearby should come here. Happy 2025 to all.

Great experience at this location! Went to another Waffle House previously this morning at 5am and they were not serving.They were "cleaning" and not taking orders.At this location,the young lady greeted me warmly,took my order,and had it out in five minutes.Kudos to her and the cook for running a smooth operation! Facility was clean,and again,spot on service! The staff at the one down the road by the expressway can learn from this crew!

I arrived to the restaurant around 4:15 AM both the cashier and the cook we’re outside smoking. There were no other customers there at the time once they came from outside neither one of them washed their hands, but attempted to prepare my food along with touching other utensils and food items. When I ask the female why didn’t they wash their hands? She said because she isn’t touching any food and he isn’t on the grill yet But he was touching food items. I thought it was mandatory that employees wash their hands after using the restroom or coming from outside doing any activity.

Never heard of a waffle house that was to go only after 8:30pm. They had front door unlocked but you are supposed to order at a window outside. Craziest thing I ever seen for a waffle house. We left without eating.

I want to start by saying I should give one star for the start of our experience but one staff member alone redeemed this Waffle House. We entered the premise at 9:15 last Friday, just having driven 3 hours to take our kids to the zoo. 4 kids in tow aged 3 to 10, we walked in without greeting and sat down. The cook and waitress were having a discussion and then when we were acknowledged it was the waitress coming to tell us she was leaving because her shift was over and she wasn’t waiting on us. The cook also didn’t want to serve us but would be willing to cook for us if we took our food to go. We looked around since it was completely dead aside from another booth that already had their food and asked if she was actually serious. Again 4 small kids in tow and they didn’t want to serve us so she replied yes actually, and if we wanted to sit there and wait until the next shift showed up for us to be served that was another option for us. At this time half our party had taken kids to the bathroom so we got up and walked to the atrium to wait on them and let them know we needed to leave- we were so disappointed and honestly so taken back. We were googling other dining options which at that point were slim outside of fast food we would have to take back to the hotel room to eat when a cook that must’ve either been on break or leaving because his shift was also over (who was not in the kitchen when we were told we wouldn’t be served) came out and said I will make sure you and your kids get to eat- I’m not a server so I might not be the best waitress but I can try and you will be fed! We were so incredibly incredibly thankful for him and when we said thank you he said he was blessed enough to be able to work so that is what he is going to do. Someone make this man more than the cook- his attitude and dedication to work are so worthy of noting and bringing to attention to. He welcomed us back inside warmly, took our order and took care of us until the next shift came in which couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes later because another server came in and brought our food over- equally as friendly as the cook that brought us back in to take care of us. & honestly best scrambled eggs ive ever had as a 35 year old adult.
