Absolutely LAME that it’s “to go only” on Friday and Saturday night…since when? There are plenty of people working. What gives? This is like a crime against humanity; I can’t even wrap my mind around it.

Ordered for pickup
2 orders of hashbrowns w/ cheese and mushrooms.
They were totally Burnt,1/2 a piece of cheese and I believe we saw some mushrooms.
Also 2 waffles and received 1.
We threw the hashbrowns out and split the waffle.
If it wasn't so far to drive,due to the one in Blythewood being Closed, we would've taken it back!

Don’t ever eat here the servers are nasty have real bad attitudes and it one lady in there her name is (Latoya )she is real nasty I walked in with my family and it was a lot of us so I guess they didn’t want to do a big party so they just had some of us standing up waiting for them to clean the table and it took them so long for them to come over and clean it so when we all did sit down they was debating who was going to come and be our server at that point I ask to talk to the Manager he come over looking loss so I told my kids less go we don’t have to beg to spend our money here

Staff was cussing and were very loud and unprofessional during our entire time in the restaurant. Made it a very unpleasant experience. Not to mention the amount of flies was ridiculous.

This place has obviously switched its business model and prioritizes onlinr orders over dine-in orders. We sat in the waffle house for an hour before we got any food. They didnt even take our order for the first 25 minutes as we sat and watched our waitress bag online orders. There's no way it should that over an hour to get served at a place that it supposed to be known for quick dine-in experience.

Placed an online order. Was given my food in a tied bag and was told “everything is there”. Got home and didn’t have any waffles. And everything else is wrong.. can’t call back because the number doesn’t connect to the restaurant.

Everything was great until I stepped up front to ask a question. I stood directly in front of an employee named Kinsley & asked her a question. She completely ignored me. I stepped to the right into the payment line and at that moment Kinsley looked directly at the lady in line in front of me and spoke to her and asked her if she could get anything for her but the lady replied that she was just there to pay her bill. I asked the cashier my question who answered it immediately as one would expect and then asked her what Kinsley's name was as she was not wearing a name tag. I told her that Kinsley wasn't nice to me and she replied that Kinsley is nice to everyone. I'd just like to say that people like Kinsley give customer's a bad experience. It doesn't cost a thing to have manners and use them with everyone you interact with every day. If you can't do that then you should not be working with the public.
