This is my favorite Columbia Waffle House, shout out to Bria! We had her this morning and she was very attentive & thorough. 10/10

We have been coming to this Waffle House for the last 6-9 months almost every weekend over going to one much closer to home. The service is outstanding, the food is all hot when it gets to us, and it is cleaner! Usually there is music playing at an inviting and natural level, and if it isn't, you might get lucky to hear one of the ladies singing :). Only thing this location could use is a deep clean of the windows and window sills. Otherwise this team and location is tops for breakfast!

A great place for a quick breakfast, delicious, and customer service is always good. Very friendly staff.Parking: The only bad thing I would say about this location is the parking. It's a construction area and they can get busy and the parking lot is small. But don't let this deter you. The food, service, and friendliness are worth it.
I normally don't give a bad review. But, this place was, ummmm, all bad.1st. Place needs a makeover. Just looks outdated.2nd. The food was okay.3rd. The waitress was so damn loud. I get customer service is important but come on!!! My date and I couldn't have a conversation due to her being extra. I observed the other employees, and they were at a normal level. She was over the top!!! I will not be revisiting this location at all. ALL BAD!!!

Waited about 30 minutes for food. They had too many people working on to go orders. A cashier/waitress didn't pay attention and gave my order to someone else. They didn't apologize or anything. Cooked my food over and the cooks kept giving my food to other orders.
On person who looked like she was a manager was on the phone talking loud about owing someone money. This was the worse experience I ever had. Once I realized the cook gave my food to another order I told them never mind. Unprofessional workers!

Waffle House is absolutely awful. Walked in wasn't greeted... Server brought me a waffle missing edges. Dropped another waffle and that waffle was soggy. Ordered a cherry Sprite and basically for soda water with cherry flavor. I don't even know what made me think coming here was a good idea.

Staff is rude uses profanity at customers restaurant is never clean the staff is very unprofessional and the only reason they was given a star is because I can't give this review without giving something I will never ever eat or visit that restaurant again needs new staff.
