A community meet & greet to a delicious meal 247!!! ( morning, noon & night). Gino is a great guy. He is very friendly; shares some wonderful stories, and makes you feel at home ( because he knows each of his customers' first names) and their specialty dishes. And besides all of that, he prepares some yummy 😋 dishes.

Worse customer service ever from a Waffle House. Only ONE of the waitresses spoke. The other just looking mad, didn’t ask WHAT I wanted just stood there with an attitude. I drove up here for a waffle not attitude. It’s the skinny one on night shift nov 2nd, 11:56 pm. Terrible service. I didn’t tell u to apply nor take that job. So why give attitude to the customer?

Our Go To Place For Pecan Waffles. Waffles are Tasty. Serrvice is Pleasant, Courteous, Fast, and Efficient. Three Minutes From Our Home. We Order Online and rarely have to wait more than 2 minutes.

The server was outside when we pulled up and opened the door, but stayed outside, so we had to wait for him to decide to come in and take our order. The menus were dirty. I repeatedly asked for my sandwich to not have cheese. Of course, it had cheese. The server was not attentive. I had to ask for condiments, my order was a sandwich. When I staed such, the cook and server just argued about if he said it or not. Will not got back.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would’ve gave them five stars but I didn’t get the food I paid for. I asked for two blueberry waffles and got regular waffles. I tried calling back and of course they didn’t answer. However, I was charged for something that I didn’t get. I can say that the food was fresh and the customer service was great as well.

The cook and the waiter did great on their service and handle everything very properly that was third shift kinda tall black man that works the grill and the light skin gentleman did very good with the service of handling the order very dependable and great team

I have been coming to this particular Waffle House for 8 years now. Mind you I live in Harbison and by pass the one on piney grove and ignore the one in Irmo to come all the down to this one. One reason their service use to be always good. However, I have to change that and they most definitely lost a customer me in. The young woman name Bre is very nasty and rude. I called because my food wasn’t made right which is the first time it happen. She proceeded to be rude and hang up the phone. I was in shock because the manger Geno stood their and allowed her to do so without any correction. I should have known because two days ago, I saw Bre very nasty to and elderly woman and Geno allowed that as well. Than had the nerve to come over to me talk about the old lady as if I suppose to join in on the conversation. I don’t plan on calling the corporate because I doubt if they do anything. And sense I got the owner information I plan on send a certified letter to him. Geno should not be a manger because he is as worst as the employees. For that young woman name Bre to continuously be nasty to customers blow my mind. However, I shouldn’t be shock because what make me think I am different from any other customer. She did it to them she will do it to me anyone else. I am also filing a complaint with dhec to come and check on the uncleanliness of the place with the cross contamination I see Geno do all the time. I have to instruct him with my food and watch very carefully, so that’s why I never ever dine in. If those problems was fixed than maybe. It’s very sad because I have so much respect for that location and for this to continue to happen, something must be said. So I recommend nobody to go to this particular location at all because they have no respect for customers, cross contamination, and the uncleanliness. Just disgusting
