Ordered hash brown bowl on door dash and can’t even get the order right gave my husband grits bowl which he despises. Maybe in person is better but horrible door dash experience with this location.

I usually have a good experience at waffle house but lets be honest, your experience is only as good as your server and your server is only as good as his or her day has been going prior to your arrival. I enjoyed my last cook but the server I had wasn't that good but the fact that she was super honest made it alot more tolerable and even funny at times. When I say awww you poor thing, you look like you've had an ALL Night Flight and Literally CRASHED ON THE WAY INTO WORK TONIGHT RIGHT and she says Hunny I FEEL LIKE DOOKIE ON A STICK JUST BEFORE IT FALLS TO THE GROUND AND SPLATTS...I CAN RESPECT THAT!!! LOL LUCKILY FOR HER L, THE GIRLS WITH ME XOULD GEEL HER PAIN AND THEY HELPED HER WITH A COUPLE OF SHOTS TO GET HER THROUGH HER SHIFT and we left her $10 buck for Not FALLING WITH OUR FOOD AT ALL. She kept us entertained too and thats all that matters.

This is a delivery only store and it’s wild that’s it’s faster to go into a Waffle House that has walk in traffic. Not only that yall have 8 people in there at one time and can’t even manage to get orders out in a timely manner when places ahead of times. Very dysfunctional and poor leadership.

Ordered delivery and received someone's hasbrowns loaded with jalapeños. Far cry from the 2 egg breakfast I ordered. It was bagged nicely and placed in a 2nd bag that was sealed and had my receipt stapled to it so someone clearly dropped that ball, also another person is probably sadly looking at my toast as it not what they ordered either.

The food is great I love coming here and eating and it’s such a wonderful atmosphere to be in weather it’s packed or it’s just me, Gino is a great cook and always makes sure I’m doing well. The service wasn’t the best today but Im assuming the waiter was fairly new at his job.

08/08 around 12:30 am ; Grits were cold and lumpy, eggs were watery & the bacon was too crispy in my opinion (sue me). I went on 07/30 around 9:30 pm & I have no idea who cooked , but they need to do it regularly !

A community meet & greet to a delicious meal 247!!! ( morning, noon & night). Gino is a great guy. He is very friendly; shares some wonderful stories, and makes you feel at home ( because he knows each of his customers' first names) and their specialty dishes. And besides all of that, he prepares some yummy 😋 dishes.
Worse customer service ever from a Waffle House. Only ONE of the waitresses spoke. The other just looking mad, didn’t ask WHAT I wanted just stood there with an attitude. I drove up here for a waffle not attitude. It’s the skinny one on night shift nov 2nd, 11:56 pm. Terrible service. I didn’t tell u to apply nor take that job. So why give attitude to the customer?
