Sign says Togo only starting at 11:30. Walked in at 10:30 and couldn’t dine in, others apparently could, but let’s just say they didn’t look like me.

Went to this Waffle House at 9 PM. There were only about 3 employees inside, 2 were on their phones. My family sat down, waited about 5 mins for someone to take our drink order, no big deal. 3 waters shouldn’t be a problem. Then finally he comes to get our food order. We wait another 10-15 mins to finally receive our food. Our chicken melt wasn’t made as requested. Our waiter didn’t even have a care in the world. We were responding with “Thank you” after everything we received “mhm” is the most we got back. Finally after we finish our sub-par meal, my father asks for the check, which is followed by our waiter responding with “alright.” Mind you he was on his phone, and continued to use it even after we asked for the check. (We were one of 3 others in the restaurant) Terrible experience. Very disappointed. Please cycle your night shift. I get it, it’s late, but come on. At least make the experience enjoyable.

I come here all the time; However as of today I will no longer patronize with this particular resturant. I don't appreciate the treatment I received 8/19/25 from the older lady with the green hair. She is very rude and don't need to work with customers. The manager escalated a situation that could have gotten out of control due to her miserable behavior. I would like the owner to email me asap

Don’t come in here at night. There are two lazy workers who get visibly irritated at the sight of customers and they try to overcharge you to get you to not eat in there.

When you get that right Waffle House, you will know it! This Waffle House never disappoints! As soon as you open the door, “Good morning” It’s a good feeling to be recognized. The food was amazing! I always order “All-Star with a pecan waffle. Cooked to perfection! Justin is the manager and the cook! He came around & checked on each customer. What a nice personable touch of going above & beyond. Just perfect Kindness! 🥰

My greats, where watery, waffles tasted nasty and dry .The cheese didn't melt in my eggs, meaning fake cheese... Dirty plates, etc. from previous customers, on all the tables
