Baby, let me tell you!! I was itching to leave a review before I even received my food. First of all, the best customer service I have EVERRRR experienced at a Waffle House!
I don’t mean to include photos of people but these two ladies right here (and there was another Black woman) need to be in charge of customer service training! The entire team on that shift seemed great.

Stopped by this magnificent waffle house today with my babies and the food and service was phenomenal!!!! Second shift is amaaaazingly wonderful at what they do. Our food was so fresh and everything was cooked to perfection, 1000000/1000000 we will be back!!! I finally found the best waffle house around!!!
What can I say, I haven’t been to a waffle house in over 5 years. Last one was in North Carolina and Swore I’d never return. My son said that this is the best one around. . We drive by many waffle houses and there’s nobody in them.
Like Starbucks there’s one on every corner.
We got there around 11:00am and the place was packed. Good sign I thought.
Ladies serving were very loud and were talking about their personal lives. Dish handling and cleaning was over the top.
If you think you’re going to sneak out and get away from the old lady for a relaxing, enjoyable meal, think again. You’ll be running back home for some cold cereal Or one of your wife’s healthy granola bars.
Bacon was burnt and biscuits were cold in the middle and overall food was tasteless, just as I remember.
I also remembered when my check was under $6 bucks instead of $16 Think I’ve had enough.

Terrific store! We dined there twice while briefly in the area.
I love waffle house, but this place was the work waffle house experience ever. Placecwas extremely overstaffed with 10 employees and only 12 tables filled. They got my order wrong and the server that delivered my meal argued with me when I advised her that the plate was not mine. She was so insistent and belligerent that I finally just took the meal meant for somebody else and ate it. My waitress was super sweet, but the server whonactually brought the food was rude. I'll never set foot back in that restaurant again!!!!

Went there a few weeks back with a lot of us. More kids than adults. Our Server was amazing. Her name is Kacie. She took her time to make sure we had everything we needed. Our party took up 3 of the booths. And she definitely handled them all with such patience. Next time you go there be sure to ask of her, and tip really well. She was worth it. 😊
Kid-friendliness: Kacie made the kids feel like they were in charge of ordering their own food. Then she’d come double check with the parents the make sure. They felt seen.

I was deciding what I wanted. Was pointing to cheesesteak with hashbrowns on menu and told my husband I was going to get the cheesecake bowl. The waitress seen me pointing to the cheesecake sandwich before the bowl and looked up at her and said I want the bowl. So she gave me the sandwich.No wonder she didn't hear me, the music was way too loud. They have a sign on the door "no smoking", yet our waitress was vaping. What's up with that? We had to tell the other waitress that my husband had a pecan waffle coming to him so she fixed it herself. The other employees were sitting around looking at their phones!

Skip this location. Nobody wants to eat in a dirty place where employees always fighting and food never ready on top of that making racist comments. We ended up going to the Waffle House less than a mile from there next to a hotel which was very different all the way.
