Coffee cold in minutes. Waitress was good. Grits with a slice of cheese on top. Hash browns was hard, not a serving When addressed they brought more but stilled charged for both.

I LOVE PATRICIA!!! May I just say that I have never ever had great costumer service from waffle house until I stopped food into the Waffle House #309. Patricia was amazing from the time I stopped for out the car to the time I finished my meal. I will be back but only when Patricia is working. The great costumer service not only is bringing me back but her personality! She made me feel welcomed and made sure I had everything I needed.

Baby, let me tell you!! I was itching to leave a review before I even received my food. First of all, the best customer service I have EVERRRR experienced at a Waffle House!
I don’t mean to include photos of people but these two ladies right here (and there was another Black woman) need to be in charge of customer service training! The entire team on that shift seemed great.

Stopped by this magnificent waffle house today with my babies and the food and service was phenomenal!!!! Second shift is amaaaazingly wonderful at what they do. Our food was so fresh and everything was cooked to perfection, 1000000/1000000 we will be back!!! I finally found the best waffle house around!!!
What can I say, I haven’t been to a waffle house in over 5 years. Last one was in North Carolina and Swore I’d never return. My son said that this is the best one around. . We drive by many waffle houses and there’s nobody in them.
Like Starbucks there’s one on every corner.
We got there around 11:00am and the place was packed. Good sign I thought.
Ladies serving were very loud and were talking about their personal lives. Dish handling and cleaning was over the top.
If you think you’re going to sneak out and get away from the old lady for a relaxing, enjoyable meal, think again. You’ll be running back home for some cold cereal Or one of your wife’s healthy granola bars.
Bacon was burnt and biscuits were cold in the middle and overall food was tasteless, just as I remember.
I also remembered when my check was under $6 bucks instead of $16 Think I’ve had enough.
