Zero customer service, locked up merchandise and no one has the keys, or the person with the keys does not call when paged. Can't buy if you can't get the product, going to a store where the employees actually work and don't hide from the cystomer

Will never shop at this store again this is not the first time I had a issues wit this store. A friend order a cake for me and they try to argue and tell me my cake might be at another location and im telling them it's at there store so I go to the store and showed them the purchase items and they had me waiting for hour before a manager or some one to come. I got my money back but it wasn't the point. I wanted my cakes for my birthday. And now my birthday is ruin thanks to Walmart. I'll never do business with y'all again.

Very long lines to check out and it took a long time for the staff to recognize it and open up just one additional lane. Management should always be on top of this as customers' time is as valuable as theirs. Doesn't seem like they value their customers in that way.

It's walmart. Most of the produce needs to be triple checked for rot and expiration dates checked on preserved items. Additionally they want to rob you with the weight of items as well. To wrap it up, you get to check out your own items and bag then with bags that don't have handles. Always a great experience.

The Harbison store was wonderfully stocked. Looked lovely. Nice to have the pet food so near the groceries esp with limited mobility. Staff was helpful. Very nice!

I am loving the remodel. It was clean, organized and well stocked. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. The associates were actually friendly which is rare for this location. So what or whoever is turning this store around you all are doing a magnificent job.Walmart definitely put a smile on my face.... Oh let me not forget.. CHECK OUT was fast and easy.
For us the best boil in town simply because we love their spices !!!

Normally my trip to this location is extremely pleasant. Not the case this last trip. They have a display of 6 shelves and surprisingly priced tags that clearly state how much the product is and the count advertised. When I got to the register the product rings up a different price., when I asked the associate to fix the price she immediately had an attitude. Something about they do not have authority to change prices but can discount thr product by 10 %. Hmmm but you can't change the price. Doesnt make sense. And then proceeded to continue to talk about the issue like I was not even there. Not very professional customer friendly. Will not stop me from going but does effect my trust in your sinage for pricing
