Ordered a mobile order, son gets there to pick it up and they say someone else has already picked it up. Went up there and they said there was nothing they could do, even though i had proof of purchase and everything needed to verify myself. They leave the food on the counter for mobile orders for people to pick up without being verified. Avoid this place.no refund and no food this place is scamming people outta their money !! Wendy’s yall need todo better this is bs!!

Ordered Baconator with no mayo, got a Baconator with almost no bacon and a ton of mayo.
11 dolars for hamburger, juice and fries. I consider this a deal. The hamburger was good. Local was empty at our arrival. The toilet was a mess! The staff was friendly.

Tall feminine guy in drive thru seemed to be angry I was ordering. Pulled to the drive thru window and he was even worse. It was almost as if he was agitated he had to work (pass a bag of food through a sliding window). I was confused about the entire exchange, it’s actually hard to explain how ignorant all of it was. I would recommend never to eat here.
