Bigge bag spicy nuggets, 10pc regular nuggets. Checked the bag at drive thru everything was there but when I took the 10pc out of the bag it was spicy. Got to eat just fries for lunch & no straws for our soda

This is easily the rudest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I come here because it’s so close to where I live and everytime I’m met with terrible customer service and someone rushing me and asking “and what else” before I can even finish my order.

I was harassed by a tow company employee threatening to tow my car from the restaurant parking lot while I was waiting to order. Staff were rude and service slow. Did not have one of my order items available. Horrible experience.

It was worth the walk from five points to get a real meaty burger 🍔 and enjoy it on a warm sunny day.
Placed an order through the drive through for 4 large chilli's with 2 cars in front of me. It took 30 minutes to get my order and the chili was not good. Tasted old.
NEVER WILL I EVER COME HERE AGAIN. I ordered a chive and sour cream baked potato with a side of garlic parm sauce. She claims they didn’t have it, but I’m looking at it on the menu. I had to explain to her what I wanted, since I order it all time due to the potatoes sometimes being dry. I got the baked potato, with chives, but NO BUTTER, NO SOUR CREAM, and NO FORK. Luckily I’m a big back and keep plasticware in my car, and ranch. 🤦🏾♀️ I poured my condiments on, mixed and fluffed my potato, took 2 forkfuls and BAM, It was black spots. I checked the other side of the potato and it was busted about 1 1/2 inches. The portion I had just eaten IMMEDIATELY came up and onto the ground. They gave me a ROTTEN POTATO!! 🤢 They don’t care enough to inspect the potatoes so I can’t come back. My health is more important.

Why can't Wendy's melt the cheese on their burgers instead of just laying it on top of a burger that's just barely warm? It is supposed to be cooked when ordered. The way the burger is made, makes me think that they were ready to go home so they threw it together. I will never get anything from Wendy's on Assembly St. in Columbia South Carolina again. A waste of money
