Failed to get the order correct and the chili lid wasn't on properly and it spilled and staff failed to replace.

had a very disappointing experience at this Wendy’s due to poor customer service and multiple order errors.

After placing my order and pulling up to the window, the cashier, Nezeah, was already rude in her tone. I asked for my receipt and was told it was in the bag, but when I checked, it was not there. When I politely let her know, she responded with an attitude. I was also given the wrong drinks, and when I pointed that out, she again had an attitude instead of correcting the mistake professionally.

Once I got home, I realized my food order was also incorrect, so I drove back to the restaurant to have it fixed. I was told they could only replace the entrée, not the fries, because the fries were “correct.” I explained that since I had to drive home and then back again due to their mistake, the fries were now cold and should also be replaced. This request was refused.

I then asked for a full refund, which the manager, Cynthia, approved. I ended up going back through the drive-thru, reordering the same meal with the refunded money, and finally received fresh food.

Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, refusal to properly correct the issue, and the consistent attitude from the cashier made this a frustrating experience. Customer service and basic order accuracy need serious improvement

At night its very disappointing. I left McDonald's which was wrapped around the building. Should of just stayed but i decided to go to Wendy's. Which was slow no business at all . Order my food thru drive thru im the only car but had to wait over 5 min for my food and received cold fries. Everything else hot. I pull back around and ask for fresh fries and to speak to a manager a young employee laughed in my face and said manager is busy doing manager things when I asked what she was doing bc no way yall slow and I got cold fries. They didnt care ok cool. He proceeded to tell another employee he aint worried about it. I dont think a manager was even there at this point. I was the only car they had. NO OTHER BUSINESS AT ALL. But they slow and not making money for a reason . Unfortunately I will not be returning on a night shift bc the teens make it a joke. It's sad

Trying to get lunch on my break, I end up sitting in their drive through for 25 minutes. Not sure what the hold up is but wait times shouldn’t be a problem at all restaurant like this.

Worst wendys i ever been too. Every time i go there i have to drive back because the food is wrong. They really need to just shut this wendys down. Because you can easily tell management doesn't care.

Hard to rate in the dark, lol, and I used the drive-thru. There was at least 7 or 8 cars in front ofw but the lady on the speaker was kind, courteous, and helpful. I wish I got her name. Brunette, early 40's and so patient with me. Food was hot and fresh. Totally impressed.
