Went through drive thru this am. Ordered 6 egg and cheese muffins. Spent about 15 minutes in line, had to pull forward. Got to my destination/meeting and had sausage and cheese muffins. Took extra time to get the wrong thing. Not happy today.

This Wendy’s is horrible. Missed two sandwiches in my order. The lady made me open every single sandwich and show her ! My hands were all greasy doing that. Terrible service.

Do not go to this Wendy's and if you do, check your food before pulling out of the drive-thru. I ordered three baconators. No sandwiches had bacon on them, yet I was charged for them. Fries cold and hard. The young lady at the drive thru was nice, but this restaurant has really gone down 👎

Long wait to receive cold food. Not sure wait the wait was for if the food is not fresh. Also, I requested a Dr. Pepper and received a dark soda mixed with fruit punch. If you don't have it what is asked for, don't experiment. If you're hungry or starving, don't go here.

I'm always puzzled when I have to tell the window cashier what I ordered.
Usually they're very fast. The food is good, service is good. No bad attitudes like some fast food places.
