The restaurant was very dirty the floors were sticky and had spills everywhere the tables were just as dirty I didn't have a top for my drink because the cup tops dispenser was completely empty nothing was stocked like ketchup or any condiments my fries was cold and stale this was my first and last time going to this restaurant I guess that would explain why it was empty when I went smh my photo below was definitely not water from mopping trust me

Super fast with the food service. Food was very good. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. The fountain soda machine only had a choice of coke, diet coke, or root beer, and that was disappointing.

This is the only Wendy’s I’ll eat at! Since I moved here in 2020 I haven’t had any problems. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff is always nice and polite. Whoever is the manager of this store now I applaud you and your crew yall keep up the good work! Raiana and Alana were super sweet!

This is the Newland Road Wendy's. Service was bad, food was bad. Don't eat here. If you want your money back you need to hand them back your weird looking food. Don't throw it away. The place was clean, though.

Check your receipt if they choose to give you one. You'll sit here at a minimum of 15 minutes waiting for your food. The food was cold and old. Found out we were overcharged when they tried to say we didn't pay. Got the $10 back. On a positive note, the drink machine is working again, and the bbq sauce was good..

Just left there and found no Caesar salad in the bag but was charged for it I sent me son so I'm trying to call and there's no answer not the 1st time won't be back to this location
