The food typically fine/okay, the service leaves a lot to be desired. There's always some issue with orders (order mix up, items missing, extended waits) seemingly brought on by carelessness and lack of enthusiasm of staff.

Currently waiting in drive thru at 11 pm been here since 1045pm , there’s about 9 cars in line and nobody is even interested in taking orders , clearly the young workers there are stealing company time which isn’t the end of the world but refuses to help customers who just wanna buy food is kinda crazy

I believe it is impossible for this location to assemble an order correctly! We have given them a couple of trys. The service is horrible as well. They act like they are doing you a favor. The drive thru is one of the slowest I've encountered at ANY restaurant. My last visit before this, I was in line for nearly 30 minutes. I will not return to this location. I will drive the extra miles to the next closest.

Customer service was poor, I was rushed when ordering. The girl at the window didn't say a word when spoken to. Got home, burger had no lettuce and bun was hard. The only bright side was that the fries were fresh!

Inside is grimey as others put. The filter in the bathroom is 90% clogged, not dirty, clogged.
Breakfast has always been good when we go to order Wendy's, but at this one for some reason they used the wrong bun, a burger bun instead of a brioche bun, zero-- and I mean Zero sauce on the baconator. Didn't think Wendy's would disappoint for breakfast but this location goes above and beyond to fall spectacularly short.

Never got the food I paid for, prepaid online, got there and waited and waited. I got back in the drive thru and still waited. After 25 minutes I had to leave.

Horrible. Unclean, ride workers, won't ever go to this Wendy's again!!
My first time having Wendy’s, my wife took me. She was not lying, the burgers and fries are far better than BK and McDonald’s. The fries do not have a bitter aftertaste like in the other restaurants. Wendy’s deserves far more recognition.
