Breakfast food is crazy always be cold when you order your food then they make you pull up to door like y'all had me pull up and my food still cold had me waiting is the thing I'm waiting why is my food is cold
I was hesitant to come to this Wendy’s because they had a three star rating but Miss “CARLA PRAYTOR” got this place a five star review from me. She was working the drive-through and often times at most fast food places you tend to get someone who is impatient and almost makes you feel pressured to hurry up with your order and not be difficult. She gave me more than enough time to complete my order, She was kind And she was Professional. Maybe the three stars was from previous workers or different shifts but just know if Miss “Carla Praytor” Is there you will receive excellent service.

As I arrived at the drive-thru, I was greeted with an abrupt and unpleasant tone: “Welcome to Wendy’s, we’re only taking cash.” I reached for my purse to check if I had any cash, and within seconds, the same message was repeated—but with noticeably more irritation. I responded lightheartedly, saying, “Okay, one moment, I’m checking for cash,” to which the cashier replied, “Okay, well I didn’t hear anything so yeah.”
Things only escalated when I pulled forward. The cashier, Trinity, continued to speak to me with rudeness and disregard. I even laughed and said, “I’m laughing because you’re still being rude,” to which she replied, “So? I don’t care.”
This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I’ve read negative reviews online about this location and, unfortunately, my experience validated them. Please reconsider allowing someone with such disrespectful demeanor to represent your brand. I will not be returning, and I hope Wendy’s takes this feedback seriously to prevent other customers from having similar experiences.

We had a DoorDash pick up order that said it was ready, when we went in the drive thru to get it the lady said they weren’t currently doing DD pick up orders. We were really nice about it, but still went inside to double check (and it was just a misunderstanding on their end) and the lady from the drive thru gave us looks like she wanted to kill us the entire time we were inside. They didn’t put bacon on either of our bacon burgers, and they left the paper from the cheese in the burger, and it was both the burgers were burnt and just a waste of money. I know fast food is trash, but I’d definitely recommend just going to the one on St. Andrews rd instead.

Usually a good experience. But I arrived at 12:43am today and they’re closed 15 minutes early. Waste of gas.
My wife's order was wrong and she took it back up and when she returned to our table, they had the nerve giving the same chicken sandwich back. All they did was change the bun. Chicken still had mayo on it. You could tell that they wiped it off and replaced the bun. We will be contacting cooperate.

I deliver for multiple services/companies you are likely familiar with, and sadly, Wendy's is consistently underachieving in terms of efficient, and quick service. The wait times are unacceptable, and you can definitely tell that the employees are simply there to make a paycheck and nothing else. Customer service is not great, and they make you feel like you are a burden to them. Hate to say it, but it's the truth.

The cashier talked to the guest in front of me after there transaction for quiet a few minutes. Not only did she do that she took her time completed preparing there order and then came back to tell me '''I'll be with you in a second'' . She finally asked me for my order only to announce to me later they didn't have the salad i ordered and did I want a refund,, as I was paying with a card she couldn't do the refund,.only a few minutes later to come back and announced to me they would fix the salad I originally ordered some 30 minutes later I'm still standing there.I never said a word simply asked for the store number and left what a joke of a ''fast''food restaurant
