I arrived at 10:35am. Recognizing the switch from breakfast to lunch, I exercised patience. However, it was abt 5 min before anyone acknowledged me waiting at the drive-thru. The menu hadn't been changed to lunch so I had to describe the salad that I wanted (not knowing the name). When I got to the order pick-up window it was the same person who was at the payment window. That same person was also walking orders out to customers who were waiting. It appeared that she was doing everything. I finally got my order at 10:45. There wasn't any apology for my wait, a thank you, or anything remotely resembling customer service. Much of the lettuce in my salad was wet, wilted, and shriveled. The only good thing abt my experience was that the nuggets were extremely hot.

Just a bunch of people playing around not doing there job. I was missing a whole large thing of fries. Their phone doesn't work so I can't call to let them know they owe me a fry. I will be showing up a person tomorrow. The lady taking my order at the drive-through was too busy talking to her friend on the damn phone to listen to my order. IHad to repeat my order several times do not come here

First time in the area. Pulled up to the drive thru order screen at exactly 10:28 and was told the menu had been completely switched to lunch. After ordering (10 nugget combo) I pulled to the window and received my food very quickly. My bag was closed at the top. Usually I check my order but I was in a rush. I received what i believe were half cooked chicken nuggets and refried breakfast potato wedges. My Sprite had a chemical taste to it and cup was extremely greasy. I only ate two potato wedges and 2 nuggets. Within an hour i felt sick to my stomach. This place needs a major overhaul in so many ways. DO NOT RECOMMEND
ZERO stars!!! Horrifying customer service experience at the pickup window. Went home, called the store, asked to speak to the manager, a different female employee picks up the phone, began mocking me and my accent while not muted, and told me the manager was too busy to talk to me. I told her it was rude to talk about a customer like that and she burst out laughing and hang up.

I will never be back this was the last time. messed up my whole order I wanted a Jr bacon cheeseburger I got a chicken sandwich order Queso fries that by the time I got to window and paid the dumb drive thru took it off then told me i would have to go back around to order again if I still wanted them strongly suggest any other location.

my partner went to get us wendys last night i had to go back because some of the nuggets were not done. they were still very very soft and we ordered regular nuggets but 3 of mine were spicy. the lemonades we ordered were watered down like they had just been sitting there and we ordered large fries but they only filled them up to about a small. when i went back up there to take everything back they were unbelievably rude the woman kept closing the window in my face while i was talking and the manager (older black man with glasses) acted as if he could have really cared less. food came back out exactly the same as when i brought it back to them.
