These folks so mixed up . Do not leave without checking your bag. They will leave something out. Its an older lady with short hair that is very dismissive and rude. I don’t recommend and i will never return.

The Service was the Best I've seen in years at any restaurant. I was very nicely greeted immediately by at least 3 workers. All with a sincere smile and attitude. Wow, what a difference. They were kind and polite without over doing it. It's like they really enjoyed doing their jobs.

I placed an order on Uber eats the app said the food was ready and being picked up several drivers canceled after waiting long. Come to find out 3 hrs later they was not making my order because a glitch in there part as per Uber support . When I called the store many times no answer at all... I tried to cancel my order and to my surprise I was being charged to cancel my order per store policy ⁉️ This location should be looked into by it's corporate office may need new managers.... I Suggest to all avoid ordering from here threw third party apps.. I still want my refund btw that I ain't get....

Made a delivery ordered waiting over 2 hrs called the store and no answer 3 of my delivery drivers left waiting on order. I go to cancel my order and was told the store is charging me 22.00 for a cancellation fee yet i got no food this is definitely poor service and will not be bringing my business here ...

Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for an online order. Would have cancelled if it was just my order instead of what family members wanted. Horrible customer service model, service management, and time objectives. I would suggest to avoid most Wendy's and spend money elsewhere.

This place is awful. I’d give it 0 stars if possible. Food was wrong from the Drive Thru. Walked in to get it corrected and several people followed me in to do the same thing. I then waiting 30 minutes for two JBC only ketchup. Watched everyone get their food back before me. The manager looked like she didn’t really care. She was the one that handed the food out the window and didn’t even look my way or say a word. What does it take for the owners or above store leaders to take a look and make a change?? You should all be ashamed of yourself. Never going back

The attention here is horrible they dont even greet you its like they’re speechless they dont ask you if you need anything of help you tue cashier was like lost and didnt even know the price of something I asked about, never coming back wendys has become so bad..
