At 12pm today I went through d t I've thru and had the most pleasant exchange. Then went to the window and whoever the young lady is at the window she was absolutely a great employee. Her customer service is top notch and felt it should be spoken on. The food was fresh and very good. Good job GarnersFerry Wendy's You guys keep up.the excellent work..

This specific wendys is a train wreck. When I order for my family (we will not be returning to this location) they could not seem to get the order correct. The employees are paying off the homeless with food to do all the cleaning. I'm not against it. Glad they are helping them help themselves. The place is still messy and I have personally witnessed a rodent on a visit ( for the life of me. over 5 years I have tried to give this location benefit of the doubt but it's consistently subpar service and quality.

Food is usually good. Service is like a bad phone carrier (sometimes it is good sometimes there is no service)
Vegetarian options: The salads are pretty awesome and that raspberry vinaigrette 😍
I will say this Wendy’s have come a long way from the wait time previously to now getting your food less than 10-12 minutes.
The lemonade and strawberry drink they have is awesome. The employees at the drive through are pleasant and fast.
One complaint that I do have will be. If you request light ice that means not the entire cup filled to the rim with ice as the pictures will show.
Wendy’s drive through please pay attention when a customer makes a request please pay attention. “LIGHT ICE”….. means light ice and not a cup of ice

Very nasty place. Not even rush hour. One family in the building evey table was dirty all cans was full. Floors look like they not been clean in days. Asked to have a table clean off and it was like I asked them to supply a kidney. Food was correct and good. Drink machine in lobby was out of everything but diet coke. And when Asked for them to get me a root beer. Once more was like I'm asking for their 1st born. They never cleaned the table. Did get my root beer. Food came out before they even attempted to clean a table. Then once they realized we no longer needed a table clean. They just went back to the back vs clean up the lobby. Don't recommend stopping here
