I have a couple of issues . 1. No one ever answers the phone. What’s the point of having a phone line. 2. It’s been a month and still no lettuce at this establishment. 3. The drive thru is extremely slow. They take one order at a time and have the next person wait in line over 10min. It’s very inconvenient when you already paid on the mobile app and you still have to wait. Wish it was easy to cancel on the mobile app. 4. Only time your food is fresh is during lunch time hours. Customer service is very weak.

I come here all the time, and the drive-thru service has always been great—until today. When I pulled up, the server didn’t give the usual greeting or let me know I could proceed, and her attitude felt off from the start. At the window, I politely asked for a few condiments, and her response was an eye-roll and an unbothered demeanor. I still thanked her and remained respectful, but the attitude didn’t go unnoticed.
The server’s name was Kiarah. She seemed young—possibly new to the job—and while I understand fast food can be stressful, especially during shift transitions, there were only two cars in the lot and no one in line at 10:37 AM. I’ve worked in fast food myself and know that good customer service goes a long way. This location typically has great staff, which is why this interaction stood out. Kiarah may just need more training, but if this behavior continues, she may not be the best fit for the drive-thru.
Kiarah has brrn here for a time now, my husband went one night and got the coldest reception. WELCOME TO WENDY'S WHAT CAN I GET YOU? WHAT ELSE? WHAT ELSE, WHAT ELSE? Kiarah need to be in the back or more training her attitude sucks..

I walked into this Wendy’s and immediately noticed trash scattered across the floor. Around 90 percent of the surfaces were sticky, although we were able to find two clean tables. The cashier had difficulty locating my order (menu item #2) in the system and repeatedly asked if it came with one or two patties, which wasn’t actually part of the order. It was clear the register was displaying a different item, and she was struggling to match it up. A manager eventually came over to help and was able to resolve the issue, though she seemed somewhat disengaged and frustrated. However, she did bring the food out to us and was polite and helpful at that point.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was poor. There were no napkins available at any of the stations, one of the two trash cans was overflowing, and there were flies both inside the cookie display case and throughout the dining area. I honestly question whether this location would pass a health inspection in its current state. Either they were severely understaffed due to an unforeseen issue, or something deeper like employee protest or poor management is at play. As it stands, this location did not meet basic cleanliness or service expectations.

The worst restaurant ever. I pay,then they never give me my food. I request a refund. They gave me only $2.45 .My meal was $10.98. Then day told they don't have meet at the moment to make may meal,what make non senseif im asking for a refund. The manager completely lost in the world. Lazy worker don't care about customer service. I decide to leave to avoid problems. This was at 6:00pm. They served the food wrong to more than 3 people at the same time. They took 1 meal that was already touch. An serve to the other customer in the Drive thru
