This Wendy’s location sucks!!
They got hardly any customers and the customers they have they cant serve timely AT ALL. I write this as I leave my spot in line in the drive thru. I’ll go next door.

Went through the drive though. Could not understand the person on the other end except that they were cash only. Pulled up to the window. No greeting. Got the drinks, no ice at all. Had to ask, and it seemed bothersome to the person. He then asked the manager if there was a charge for ice.

Food took forever but at least was accurate. Fries were not warm.

We are just passing through but I will remember there’s a sonic across the street and a McDonald’s and Chick Fil A close by.

Saw us come in and ignored us. Didn't take out order.said nothing then lock the door after we left cause they ignored us..if you don't like ya job quit..Don't do ppl like that

Need new management they watch the stand at front counter and did not take out order kept walking past us and then lock the door after we left. And they lock the lobby at 7:30

Unfriendly. Second time at this place ordered the exact thing both times which included the bacon double stack biggie bag. Both visits I never had bacon on my sandwich and they weren’t out because my husband got the jr bacon cheeseburger and had it on his. Also trying to understand why one worker was working as an employee but in a Burger King shirt..

Horrendous customer service. Just sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with 3 cars in front of me before I had to leave without ever making it to the speaker to order. I continue to give this place a shot because I prefer Wendy's over McDonalds or Sonic, but they need new ownership and management ASAP.

The absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Not only did it take approximately 15 minutes to get my food, it is also completely incorrect. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich with bacon on it … It’s almost as if they just tried to make a burger with the chicken patty instead of just telling me they were out of hamburger meat. Abysmal service, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Worst experience ever. I ordered a chili on the mobile app and went through the drive-through one person in front of me. I waited 15 minutes to get to the speaker and was told to wait a minute five minutes later and I go inside the store and get absolutely no service

If I can get this place zero stars I would. We walked up into the location to order our food and a girl ran and close the door on us even though it says drive-through doesn’t close until 10:00 PM. We try to order and they said we couldn’t take your order because we are short staffed even though the inside is supposed to be open This is very unacceptable and horrible customer service. I do not recommend this place for anyone to go to very disappointed.
