I wish I could give a honest review but we waited about 15min total at the drive thru. We got to the window and the person in front of was also waiting they put their order and then we waited and waited, so we gave up and left.

Food was okay as the fries were Luke warm and greasy. Service was so slow! It takes forever in the drive-through. They did leave the top bun off one of the biggie bag sandwiches whice was very odd.
Ordered a Big Bacon double and only received a single. Large fry was cold. Check your food before leaving this establishment. They wanted me to bring my food and receipt back after driving 10 miles away from the restaurant. Most restaurants will tell you to bring the receipt when possible and they’re correct your order. Trash… Never again.

I ordered 2 jr bacons got crispy chicken. I also ordered 2 chocolate frosty, got vanilla. If I wanted those items I would have ordered those items. Terrible food, customer service and a waste of money!

One of the best Wendy's locations I've been to. Staff was super friendly and nice, service was extremely fast compared to other locations I have experienced, and my order was complete, correct, and well packaged. Would definitely recommend this location in particular.

At breakfast just go next door to Biscuitville! Placed a small drive through breakfast order (no meals, just 2 English muffins & 2 burritos) - the lady taking the order was curt & a bit unpleasant. Was told to pull forward into mobile order spot, sat there for 15 minutes, finally we walked to the door and was told "because it's so close to the change to lunch they had run out of eggs & muffins" (it was 1035, so our order was placed at around 1015). If the lady taking the order had said something, we would have understood or could have ordered lunch items instead. Once we got the food, it was not at all worth the wait - muffins not toasted, soggy tortillas & potatoes in burritos. A really awful experience.

Edit: I am not able to do a new review.... my daughter wanted to go to Wendy's tonight and i was hesitant. I shoukd have stuck with my gut feeling. I waited a total of 40 minutes for two orders, one was for a set pickup time amd the other was when i got to the store. A fry was left out of the bag, sour cream not on the potato, the chicken sandwich made upside down and inside put, and the food was cold. The only thing good was the soda and they got that wrong because they gave me two instead of one. I will not return certainly after this experience. My children and I were in the business waiting for 8 minutes at the counter with no one coming to take our order. I looked 4 people in the eyes, one of them asked who was working front counter, and Noone moved. We got tired of waiting and left. This Wendy's has its hit or misses and lately its been a lot of misses.
