went to drive-thru on today veterans day and made an order, my order was wrong so i called up their and told them. The manager on-duty said I'm complaining about a free meal. I want what i order not give me what you think I want to eat.

Felt like the girl taking orders at the drive thru window was rude as all get out...said they was out of chili, then said they couldn't scan my code. Then after we ordered sweet tea at the menu board she tried giving us cokes and we said one was supposed to be a tea and it was we are out of tea. It was like anything that was gonna make her work more was not going to happen...get a different job then. Crappy experience all the way around...she needs to be fired. Dark skin girl with blue in long braids down to her waist...

Just ordered from this location. The customer service is always awful. They treat me like I’m a bother for choosing to order there. I ordered, and drove two minutes down the road to my house. When I arrive I sat down to eat only to realize all my food is cold. Like left out on the counter for hours and served to me cold. Room temp for chili and nuggets. Which means, it’s clearly been sitting for a while. Even if reheated, it’d likely get me sick.
