HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Looks like one of the managers took my order. She didn't greet me. I showed her my app before I made an order.she argued with me about not knowing what I was ordering even though it was right there on the app, so i cancelled my order but then she said once she scanned my app the offer won't return to my apo. So I was left no but to order. I ACTUALLY CAUGHT HER PUT HER BARE HANDS IN THE BACON FOR THE BACONATOR FRIES BECAUSE SHE WAS MAD FOR WHAT REASON I DONT KNOW. I WILL COME IN HERE RECORDING NEXT TIME. I COME THERE, she should be fired!!! She is nasty all the way around.

Don’t apply for this job!!! They texted me and everything confirming my interview, but when I got there acted confused and told me to have a seat. Then they were giggling and laughing at me in the back. Interview was sposed to start at 4:40 and I sat until 4:51 and nb came. Don’t confirm a interview then act like fools when I get there ? unprofessional employees also.

I was asked to pull into a spot to wait for my one combo. After 20 mins I pulled back up and I was told they forgot about me. They asked if I had a burger and I said no and repeated my order. A moment later I was given a burger and a soda with no carbonation. After spending 30 mins there I could not go back until the next day when they refused to give me the correct combo. GARBAGE SERVICE.

Yet another Wendy's in town that charges you more than what it says on the menu. I ordered a $5 Biggie Bag and it rang up $5.70 before tax, $6.21 with tax. I pointed out the error, they should charge what it says on the menu. They made excuses and a big fuss but I just kept saying, just charge what it says on the menu please. Eventually they did it. Why the fuss?
Great drive through experience! Bought a key decoration too- charitable donation and stocking stuffers for kids! Loved getting my old stand by- Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe- DELISH!Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids to eat!

We went through the drive through on11/13/2023 around 1:30 and had the best service and fresh food ! I had almost wrote Wendy’s off but this location has an outstanding crew there now! I hope it continues to stay the same the guy and girl we’re getting the job done ! Way to go !!
