Fries were cold and shrivelled and they were out of ketchup. I went inside the Restaurant to see if there was ketchup in the dispensers and the dispensers weren’t even operational. There was also a huge huge huge puddle of water in the middle of the restaurant. How can you run a restaurant that one of the main menu items is French fries but not have ketchup? And why did they not tell us When we were ordering. I probably would not have ordered fries at all and they were cold and old. Very disappointing where is the management at this location?

This is my 3rd time eating in at this particular location. Every time I’ve come inside, the lobby has not been clean. Each time, there was only one or two ppl eating in the lobby. There is literally no excuse for the lobby to be this nasty every time I come inside.

This is our official first review here on LegendsofThePeople but on today's review we are doing something we feel is very important to us as well as our local community here in Columbia, SC. It is with great honor and privilege to recognize the men and women of Wendy's at 2360 Legrand Road in Columbia, SC. We got to meet, dine with and experience a truly remarkable case of dedicated teamwork and positivity that made even the impossible seem conquerable. The sheer amount joy we found in the laughter, smiles, jokes and friendship with this crew should be recognized and remembered into the future as a pillar and prime example of how even a small group can bring positivity and hope in an economy that can feel impossible to beat sometimes. So again it is our great honor and privilege to recognize each and every one of you for being the best parts of this economy as individuals. We look forward to seeing you all again :)

If i could give 0 stars I would!!!! I put in a mobile order just to be told at the speaker mobile orders had to come inside. For what?! Okay so i go inside and wait for 15 mins before some girl finally comes to the front with the WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! I told her i had a mobile order & all she said was “go over there.” No hello, no how can i help you. Nothing. I told her she had a really bad attitude and all she kept saying with “not with you though” but it is WITH ME. Regardless of why you have an attitude, you’re still taking it out on customers. About 10-15 other people ended up coming in during my time waiting and all ended up leaving due to the wait & bad service. Only reason i was staying, was because i had a mobile order. After about 45 minutes waiting and countless eye rolls and attitudes, i left. I didn’t even care anymore. The manager was right there and all he could say was it’s her 3rd day and she gets over stimulated or whatever… idc. No excuse for how she treated others.. shame on everyone working at this Wendy’s. HIRE NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!

Serves chilli with a straw. I don't eat chilli with a straw. Firefox is an interesting choice for the order window confirmation display, looks like it needs to be refreshed, maybe full-screen'd or run in kiosk mode- but what do I know, I don't eat chilli with a straw.

I just went to this Wendy’s location on legrand road like I always do and tonight there was just ignorant workers who gave me cold food and a ripped bag . I never have an issue when I go to this place in the day time but tonight was horrible.cold spicy nuggets ugh this had me so upset

When I tell you, I was dying of hunger while waiting for my lunch break! That spicy chickened was calling my ne and I was determined to answer. Ok so I get there (drive thru), my order was taken promptly and correctly. Got to the window and within seconds i saw smiling faces! Made me feel better to hand over this money 🤣😂🫣. Cash exchange and good bag on hand I left elated! With mouthful of hot fries of course! This meal made my day! Definitely recommended and will be back! Keep up the great work!!! Only thing missing was my receipt so I could brag more!
