Not gonna lie, this Wendy’s can be a little slow. But as a result; food is nice and fresh (especially early mornings) and they throw a little love in the bag too! Thanks crew! -C.D Mobile

Was told they don't give dipping sauce with meals, you have to pay $.22 per sauce. Noticed that every location is different. Another location said it was $.17 a sauce. But at least the other location gave me a sauce with my order. Staff is ignorant and oblivious to policies.

Asked for a cup of water with my order and was told the machine was broken. It's July with a heat index of 105 outside. Please politely offer a cup of ice as an alternative rather than just walking away. Everyone can't drink sugary drinks, only water.

This is the 3rd time. I couldn't let this go this time. My total was $28.03, remember your totals because you not getting a receipt. The 10 piece Nugget meal was missing from my order. Which means I had to turn around and go back, but you wanted to give me that meal which my other meals hadn't gotten cold and you didn't want to redo them but you did so thank you but the fries was still missing from the 10 piece meal. So I'm good... Ya'll don't have to worry about us again. Have a great day

Mopped the floors horribly - almost fell and wish I did so they can learn. No changing table (hello babies come here!) and such a wet and slippery floor (train employees on water to soap ratio!) so I changed him right on their booth. Yup sure did! Slow service, employees hanging out chain smoking and babbling outside, no ac - ate in my car with my baby after 5.5 hours of travel - smh! Such a new looking environment just to be treated like trash. Employees deserve AC at minimum

The food was not good for the expensive price. Completely disappointed. Ordered a triple baconator meal. It just tastes horrible like it was sitting in heat window for a long time plus we waited a long time in drive thru for gross food!!! Waste of money!!!!!

I’ve given this fast food spot a few chances and every single time they disappoint. My food is cold and items missing in the bag, cookies hard as a brick but the other locations don’t have that problem, always out of something and then they are rude about them messing up your order and rushing you out of line when you request it to be fixed. I ordered on DoorDash last night and that was my final straw. My cookies hard as bricks, Oreo frosty was half way filled, made messy and made wrong, my chili was barely warm and didn’t have the sour cream I requested, no utensils or napkins placed in bag knowing I had two items requiring a spoon. Horrible customer service and food quality. Will never spend my money at this location again.

Cinnamon pull apart was just a heated up clump and a blob of icing in the corner not even on the top. Staff seemed annoyed to take the order or be bothered at all.
