If I could give ZERO I would. They put an allergen on my JBC after they were already made aware of the allergen. I ingested the allergen, needed to use my EpiPen and had to spend hours in the ER for observation. The only the manager could say to me was “the girl making sandwiches is new” absolutely zero concern for the medical emergency they caused.

Food was pre make ahead of time because it was cold and old. We ordered 5 number 1 meal, and it was done in two minutes .fries were cold. Never going back.

When you visit this Wendy's, MAKE SURE you check for your sauces, straw, and ANY adjustments you've made on your meal (ie. plain burger). They don't care about requests or even providing sauces for dry nuggets and fries. Please beware you will most likely get an argument when requesting even ketchup. Just a building full of people who don't want to be there

So ofc they lazy tales won’t answer the phone, but this will be handled. We ordered a double stack combo, a cheese burger, a chicken blt, and chili cheese fry’s. The food was made sloppy, they put slice cheese on our fry’s, they gave us 2 kids cheese burgers instead of the double stack. Lazy. Just the job for them.

This morning, l ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese muffin for breakfast, but it was severely overcooked, leaving the muffin crunchy. When I politely requested a remake, the girl at the window responded with an attitude. shortly after, I was asked to pull up, and when they finally brought out my sandwich, it was a frozen muffin straight from the fridge, with the bacon, egg, and cheese hastily thrown in between. The staff was obviously being spiteful, I had no choice but to throw the sandwich away. This establishment needs to reconsider its staff before the poor service drives customers away and jeopardizes the business at that specific location.
They are lazy!!! And outside smoking weed instead making sure their food fresh!!!

I arrived at the time when they were changing from breakfast to lunch. I was asked to come inside to enter my order and relax. I did. I ordered a single Dave Burger and a Chocolate Frosty. (The machine was not working to make the chocolates, so I opted for the Vanilla). I left the store, when I opened my DAVE'S HAMBURGER it was a crispy chicken sandwich.
