I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Centuriea at Wendy’s for her exceptional customer service! My mobile order wasn’t showing up in the system, and she handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. She was patient, polite, and made sure I was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond for customers, and Centuriea absolutely did that. Wendy’s is lucky to have her on the team!

I will never go to the Wendy’s in Harbison again. It took over 10 minutes just to get a Biggie Bag deal. 2 managers were sitting in the back and didn’t even go up to the front to help. The people obviously don’t want to work there because they show absolutely no urgency. At least 4 sets of people walked out because they were taking too long. Plus it’s always dirty. Don’t waste your time going here.

Sat in drive thru for 10 mins with two cars in front of me. Sat at the speaker for almost 5 mins before someone took my order. Got to the window, paid. And then was told to park at door. I didn’t get my drink and my caramel frosty tasted like a chocolate frosty.

Went through the drive thru twice and still only managed to get 2 out of 4 items we ordered. Took them about 8 minutes just to take my order. It is a waste of time to go here.
Don’t ever come here. They received a mobile order and didn’t make the food and it was ordered more than 30 minutes before closing. When we went to pick up the food they said they didn’t make it because we “needed to be there”. Basically putting an order ahead of time for pick up is useless in this place and they won’t make the food despite it being all paid for. Avoid this place.

I was told to pull into the curbside parking spots, and it took 19 minutes to get my four meals all 5 for $5. There is no excuse for the lack of urgency . And my fries were not even fresh! Hated it!

Best customer service interaction I had for dealing with my allergy. I’m allergic to corn so I can’t eat the beard or mayo of ketchup. I told him I want a Dave double no bread, mayo, ketchup. He was a little surprised but he understood after I explained I was allergic to corn. He immediately informed absolutely no ketchup or mayo because of my allergies and keep my food separate from the rest of my order. he was professional and kind. Most people would be confused or in shock.

I ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies why these people give me sugar cookies the coke taste like somone dropped a mint in it never got my 6 piece nugget bro I just really wanted my chocolate chip cookies didn’t even tell me if they ran out or not just gave me sugar like whatttt usually I don’t really care but I’m pregnant man this stuff is crazy
