Went there today and got the worst food I ever had from a Wendy’s! Cheese wasn’t melted, food was cold, nuggets were so old they were shriveled up and the fries were hard! Only thing good was the drink and sadly this was at lunch time when food is usually hot and fresh! Wait time was long also.

The atmosphere was gross enough to give this place a 1 star review. The Coca-Cola Freestyle machine looked like a bubbling cauldron. I get we just celebrated halloween, but that's not how a Freestyle should look; the overflow tray was full, flowing to the floor, and literally bubbling.

They were extremely short staffed. I can say their customer service was amazing. Everyone was very nice!!! I ordered the cinabon pull a part. It looked so disgusting I did not even try it and just throw it in the trash.

Worst Wendy's ever. Just close the doors. These guys suck. Everytime I come the mess up the order or it takes 30 minutes. Fast food? NAH...I put a mobile order in and still had to wait 30 minutes.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! I placed my order online and the website doesnt allow me to order and pay for extra sauce, so when I pulled up to the window, I asked the young man for an extra sauce. He stepped back into the window and spoke with a young lady next to him at which time she stuck her face out the window informing me with a nasty attitude that I had to pay for the extra sauce. It was never not my intention to do so, but the way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary. I payed for the sauce and left. It was excessive and rude. I will drive to Harbison next time, they're so much friendlier and nice there!!

Did an in store take out order at 6pm. All doors were locked. Tried to call to switch it to curb side. Didn't answer the phone. Just waited in long drive thru line. Food was cold.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Centuriea at Wendy’s for her exceptional customer service! My mobile order wasn’t showing up in the system, and she handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. She was patient, polite, and made sure I was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond for customers, and Centuriea absolutely did that. Wendy’s is lucky to have her on the team!

I will never go to the Wendy’s in Harbison again. It took over 10 minutes just to get a Biggie Bag deal. 2 managers were sitting in the back and didn’t even go up to the front to help. The people obviously don’t want to work there because they show absolutely no urgency. At least 4 sets of people walked out because they were taking too long. Plus it’s always dirty. Don’t waste your time going here.
