Best customer service interaction I had for dealing with my allergy. I’m allergic to corn so I can’t eat the beard or mayo of ketchup. I told him I want a Dave double no bread, mayo, ketchup. He was a little surprised but he understood after I explained I was allergic to corn. He immediately informed absolutely no ketchup or mayo because of my allergies and keep my food separate from the rest of my order. he was professional and kind. Most people would be confused or in shock.
