I entered restaurant and planned to eat here, but restroom first. I was in one stall in restroom. Worker came in, entered other stall, and when she left...she had not washed her hands. That's a BIG NO THANK YOU. I did not eat here.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s a few times and every time I am disappointed. Last time I went my food was cold and English muffin was like it came out the fridge. This time my burger appeared to be from the day before. The wait time is always over 10 mins and customer service just simply isn’t there. I hope management does better

Picked up a sausage egg croissant with Swiss parmesan cheese sauce on it. No mayo needed. Very tasty and Wendy's is on the less expensive side for fast food. I started going to Wendy's lately and I'm glad I did. Good food and value. 😁

Pathetic…. Ordered a frosty in the drive thru. As I paid for it and received my change the worker hands me the frosty she says” we don’t have spoons”. I asked her how I was supposed to eat it and she told me to go to McDonald’s to get a spoon. I really like Wendy’s but I will never visit this location again. The owner should be ashamed his workers are so dumb and have no idea about customer service

I ordered through the app and when I got to the pickup window, I was told that they had no Minute Maid. The bowl of chili I ordered was COLD! Who wants a cold bowl of Chili?

Went through the drive thru. My sons burger was made wrong, they fixed it no problem. Got home, I paid for sour cream and there was none. The burger patties tasted as if they sat for a while before served.

Ordered on line waited 15 minutes to drive here then waited another 20 to 25 minutes to our order. Went inside and they just ignored me at the counter. Do not come to this Wendy's
