Place might as well be out of service. The soda machine only has coke zero or gingerale available. The employees are clueless about what they have available or not. We dined in and fit our did in a bag. Seems they are too busy with their phones to clean the dining room or bathrooms or even be friendly. While we were there they werent busy so plenty of time to clean up and wash the ketchup containers that looked like they have been sitting there untouched for years. One of the employees had gloves on and was digging in her ear and hair and then started preparing someones food. Don't eat there go somewhere else.

Every time we try to swing by this location is always an issue. Claiming shift change during dinner rush. Always something wrong with the drive through. Out of something. Mgt needs to take a hard look at the way this place is ran. Half the people were farting around this afternoon when had to come in. And then suddenly drive thru was open again. Girl at the register didn’t like people asking questions. Just rude all around.

Just left, and the smell of Marijuana was so strong that I could have gotten a contact. Plus, they got overcharged for food. Plus, the guy in the back apparently had a serious staring problem to the point of making my daughter and I feel uncomfortable.

Trust me I'm a Wendy's guy but this particular day I don't think anyone was feeling the good mood. Saying that to say this my baconator combo was dry and my fries were thick kettle cooked fries instead of golden crispy. And it's me talking out of my fatness but I still killed my meal ??
One star at best. Ordered food through DoorDash and they would not pick up the phone to confirm that my order was being made. I just wanted to add some catch-up man. Now I’m stuck with mayo-chup (My roommates nasty sauce) and I don’t even think my food is on the way. Hate these people.

I arrived to pick up an Uber delivery order for a customer at 12:30am on Thursday March 14, 2024 and when I pulled up to the window there was loud music, loud talking back and forth. It was like they were not even at work. Looked like a bunch of teenagers having a party, not a business. They also did not have part of the customers order. I was very disappointed and appalled that any manager would allow such behavior. I will never accept an Uber order from there again and I certainly will never order my own food from there.

This is definitely one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to.. I’ve given it 3 chances because it’s on my route home and I’ve waited anywhere from 15 minutes all the way to 45 minutes.. I literally shut my car off in the drive through line. Normally I’d leave but I was in such disbelief that I had to see just how long they’d make a customer wait… the owner needs to hire a totally new staff or at the very least have a night shift manager on that will actually keep the employees accountable because my gosh. There’s just no excusing it.. it’s fast food so it should be fast.

I looked forward to nuggets and pulled out from restaurant who did not give receipt and got to light and to my serious disappointment was no warmth. Got home my baconator was hard and other burger which was a Dave's double had onion after requested none and had no bbq sauce for nuggets. Worse experience ever with Wendy's

We were in Columbia with our granddaughter and went to this Wendy's for breakfast at 7:30 AM. The dining room was closed so we had to go through the drive through. My husband ordered but we could not hear the person waiting on us through the speaker. We knew she was getting the order because we saw the total on the board. We pulled around to get our order and were told they didn't have any coffee!! At 7:30 in the morning!! The rude girl rolled her eyes at my husband when he told her we would need 2 soda drinks in place of the coffee. To top it off, I didn't get what I ordered!! Don't go here unless changes are made!!

This particular Wendy's is one of my favorite locations. They're always friendly and it seems like the foods are always freshly cooked whenever we order them, no matter what time of day or night that we visit. I especially love the free Frosty keychain that we bought last year and the kids enjoy getting a snack whenever we visit the Aldi's nearby to do our grocery shopping. I've never had a problem with their drive-thru or in restaurant service or ambiance. They do Wendy's proud!Kid-friendliness: They are especially nice to my six and seven year old and make them feel important.
