Been twice, and both times WAY too many whataburger employees taking up the few tables in the lobby. Go eat somewhere else. Got a free burger through the app, but after I scan the app and it accepted the scan, NO BURGER was taken off the bill.

Good food, clean restaurant, quick service. Stopped in about 3:45 Pm, couldn't have been happier. Food was hot, and order came out correctly. Not many places you can get a filling lunch for 2 for under 15 bucks too, which was awesome.

First time visiting a whataburger, I did kiosk order where I customized my sandwich, they have an up charge for adding cheese at $.90, not uncommon. I got home and there was cheese on the sandwich. Whatacheck your entire order before leaving. Tried to do the company survey but you can’t because they X out the store number. Poor service!

I’ve only been through the drive thru and curbside but the food is wonderful to me. It’s like a mixture of Sonic’s and McDonald’s which I love! Burgers are full, seasoned, and tender.
I just tried the jr whataburger meal and maybe it was the burger but It was OK!! For the 40 plus minutes we spent in the drive thru!
Parking: Drive thru was packed inside was packed no parking!

Izzy was top tier! She has the best attitude and made sure my experience was great! Go Izzy and go whataburger for hiring a gem like her! She also made menu suggestions which was not something I expected from someone at her tier! Absolute leader in the making!
This place is brand new so I’m not expecting perfection. Dining room is a bit small and with some reorganization could fit a few more tables in there. We’re used the kiosk to order which worked very well but took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. The chicken sandwich here is very very good. The burger was also good but surprisingly the patty was cold. I’ll come back but these growing pains need sorting.

Texan who grew up eating whataburger. Not sure what it is but the food here is missing flavor, it's bland and cold by the time you get it. Definitely don't eat there like I thought after it opened.

As I’m from TX, I know all about the Whataburger experience. I was disappointed in my food as my burger was cold. The cashier made it known that the food is made to order. The place is jammed packed with customers both inside and drive thru. I know the patties are being precooked to keep up with the flow of people. At least put the patties back on the grill for a couple of seconds before serving them to ensure they are hot. I’m not sure I will be back.
