I enjoy the jalapeño biscuit on the honey butter biscuit but they ALWAYS burn it. Compare it to the regular biscuit bread IT IS ALWAYS BURNT. I had this remade TWICE. This is the second time. HARD and burnt.

Have never been to a whataburger before, so we decided to stop in. They had 2 different options to order. A kiosk and the counter. My mom got the $5 bacon and cheese hamburger and I got the double hamburger meal, I was a lil hungrier. The cashier Lyrica was very nice. Everything looked great and the fries were hot..which is a big plus for me. Unfortunately they put mustard on my hamburger which I requested them not to. The management staff was happy to replace my food..but all i needed was new bread. They came by more than once to check and make sure we had everything we needed!! Been a long time since I've seen that kind of customer service 🏆! To those managers I appreciate you!

Absolutely disappointed in my experience today. My burger was horrible. Order was not correct and after addressing the issue with the management we felt as if she didn't care. So nothing was done to rectify or situation. Definitely wouldn't be returning!

Went through the drive-through where they have two lanes and the second lane that I went to I guess the speaker is not working because no one took my order and there was no sign saying if that lane was open or closed. I was there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and was not acknowledged. Will not go to this Whataburger again.
