I decided to give this location another try after almost a year. I had bad service previously. I tried multiple times to use a coupon on the app at the kiosk. I wouldn't redeem for the correct amount of money. I moved to the line for the counter with only one person in front of me. I waited about 10 minutes and decided to leave as the cashier never came back to the counter. This location has the worst service. Do not go here. Most fast food places on Killian have terrible service.

Food is very good. Delicious burgers and the Honey Chicken Wings are great! But the service at this location is terrible. It takes a long time to even get acknowledged and then it takes forever to get your order, even if the place is empty.

Placed my order around 1:15am and waited almost 30 min (28 min to be exact) I left. As I was leaving, I noticed a couple of people inside the lobby area. I guess the workers were entertaining their guests instead of serving the customers at the window.

I always place a order through ubereats on here and the food only comes good if u call, I just now called and a girl hung up on me , I asked were the fries fresh before I order she said yes we drop as u order, I said ok i like my tea sweet to the bone I asked is the tea sweet she proceeds to hang up.

NO FOOD and NO REFUND!!! I ordered and paid online when driving through town. When I arrived 15 minutes later I was told they weren't taking orders and COULD NOT or WOULD NOT make my order or refund my money. I tried getting a refund through the app and by emailing corporate with no success. The only thing they offered was to make my order another time (I don't live anywhere near there so obviously that isn't an option for me). After I explained i didn't live close enough for that to be an option they stopped responding to emails. I grew up in Texas and loved seeing Whataburger on the East Coast, but I guess things just aren't the same.

i ordered a cobb salad and my entire salad was old and wilted. my egg was literally brown and everything was disgusting and inedible.

This restaurant needs to reevaluate its quality in food. The fact that this chain has decided to branch out into the Columbia area just to be another low quality fast food restaurant is disappointing. The orders are never right and when you repeat it back to the employee, the order is still wrong. The gravy is also watered down and disgusting.

I love Whataburger because they have options not available at most fast food restaurants. They have a very good grilled chicken sandwich and they have a grilled chicken salad for the salad.
