Food probably would’ve been better if it wasn’t cold/ lukewarm.
Long wait time.

Came here on a late Friday night around 10pm. There was only one person waiting to place an order in front of me. After I placed my order, the line grew by about 3-4 people. The person who order after me order the same meal I order plus extras but somehow got their food first.
I kept getting told my food is “about to come out” or it’s “right here” but the employee kept going back and forth. After having already waited like 20 mins.
By the time I got my food it was lukewarm but I needed to get on the road.

After yesterday I will take my business elsewhere. Ordered online and waited 20 minutes past when the order was supposed to be ready. It was one combo meal. Employees very obviously don't care. They don't acknowledge guests when they walk in. Whataburger?? What a waste!!

There is entirely too much playing at the first counter. Appeared to be employees who were not on the clock and possibly former employees more interested in chatting, then servicing customers. Only about 3 folks that were dining in, yet over 6 tables were all dirty and food on floor. This resulted in the 1st of many trips back to the counter to notify management. 2nd notification to management was the leaking liquid from a trash bag that was at the front counter and it was all over the floor, proposing a fall risk to guests and other staff. That liquid remained on the floor throughout my entire dine-in experience.

My 3rd trip to the counter was due to order being incorrect and no sauces as requested initially. I proceeded to get our drinks from the fountain machine and noticed 4 cups filled with ice and drinks sitting on the drip tray, unattended, resulting in trip #4 to counter to alert management. and again complain about the no clean dining room tables, as I watched staff gather at the counter laughing loud and playing around. Disappointed in the entire experience and the lack of accountability of staff.

Slow service. Young lady at front desk could have cared less about being there. She was sure to let customers know she wasn't feeling well. After slow service and food made wrong we were informed that the owner was there. Couldn't believe an owner would be present in their establishment and allow it to run this way. Lucy a trainer did her best to restore a positive experience.

Me and my sister ordered just two items and redeemed a free brownie at night around 1:20 ish and we ending up waiting a full hour but this was all made up in the end thanks to the lovely manger September!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and got some compensation for such a long wait!!! Over all I've all ways has great experience at this location so Its not the end of the world if I have one bad experience and especially if you have a great manger willing to go above and beyond to make customers happy in the end is all that matters to me!! Thank you so much again September you really made the night good even after all that mess<33 as well as it was my birthday and she made sure to make me feel special :)!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this Whataburger visit was so bad it deserves to be addressed by corporate. I waited well over an hour for my order, and when it finally came out, the food was disgusting — cold, greasy, and clearly thrown together without care. The fries were limp and soggy, and the burger looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for half the day.

The worst part was the manager’s attitude. When I politely asked about the delay, I was met with nothing but rudeness and disrespect. Instead of apologizing or offering any sort of explanation, the manager acted completely unbothered, as if customer service meant nothing. It was clear there was no accountability or leadership in that store.

This location seriously needs corporate attention and retraining, because the lack of professionalism and quality is unacceptable. I’ve always liked Whataburger, but this visit left me questioning if I’ll ever return. No customer should have to wait that long for food that’s inedible and deal with a manager who doesn’t seem to care.

I order a fresh chicken sandwich meal and when I tell you my chicken patty looks like it was burnt and taste like old grease . My fries tasted old as well !! Definitely wasn’t satisfied this time ‼️
