Response to Owner: Thank you for the response. However, you cannot train “good character”. Your staff aren’t that new and they knew how things work. But they “Chose” to be spiteful/hateful for whatever reason they had against me and my other. When you laugh in people’s face because you enjoyed serving them last on purpose is some kind of evil.This has happened twice. Same members. I don’t believe it is a training issue.Review: The people who work here should be ashamed of themselves, but probably has the wrong upbringing to know why. Readers, save yourself the ignorance and don’t come here.Me and a friend ordered online. Later went to the pick up area, wasn’t ready -Fine. But problem was that the staff working there were serving every person that came in “after” us first.They deliberately pushed back our orders…. we saw them move our tickets back every time someone came in. When we confronted them about it, guy making the wich smirked and girl next to him laughed. Think one of them was the manager.So, we waited almost 2 hrs for 2 sandwiches. Please explain why we were almost the first ones in but last to leave? And workers were laughing about it? That is disturbing behavior.It looks like there has been a change in management unfortunately. Been coming here for over 5 yrs and never seen management like this. Which Wich, be careful who you hire.

The one thing I can say about which which is it’s very consistent. Very consistent in that every order I’ve ever placed is wrong.

Dreadful service. Waited 15 minutes for an order of fries just to realize they were forgotten about. Friends had similar experiences.

You may need to change the "curbside" addition. I sat for 20 min because there is no parking. And they don't answer the telephone as they instruct you to call upon arrival.

Best sandwiches! Only one person working on Sunday, but worth the wait! Friendly and hard working and did an amazing job!

might need to update your hours on your site. Drive 20 minutes out of the way to come here and met an employee at the door who says they close at 4:00 on the weekends? Very frustrating when you’re hours list 6:00

Delicious but slow service for a not so busy time. Staff was so kind!

I don’t normally write reviews but I got home and my sandwich was slathered with Mayo when I asked for No Mayo in the order details online.

It took 45 minutes to get my sandwich and somehow I got skipped multiple times and they served 6 people behind me, even after I brought up that I hadn’t been served yet. Absolutely terrible service and no acknowledgement of the time it was taking to care for customers.
