Horrible wait time and ridiculous for a burger stand. Exorbitant prices. Maybe they are understaffed, are they just don't have competent people working.

What a joke. My wife is allergic to tomatoes & they said it was against policy to make a cheeseburger without the tomato. They told her to remove it herself.

I do not recommend. Pricing is completely ridiculous! Their cheapest burger is almost $15. Waffle fries $7. The burgers were not that great just plain flavorless meat, the waffle fries are so hard it's difficult to eat them and they're not that great either. You have to order on a screen and there is no option to personalize anything so when you get a burger with pickles and you don't like pickles you have to open your sandwich and start picking it off. Basically their motto should be take our food the way we have it and we don't care if you like it or not.

Just paid almost 50 dollars for the most basic and tasteless burger without any condiments on it and some extra flavorless tater tots. Two meals and drinks for 50 dollar is ridiculous especially when I then had to wait for 5 minutes just to get the staff to give us our drinks. Definitely just packing our food from now on, just thought I'd treat ourselves to the first and last time eating NASTY zoo food.

Food took 30+ mins, the buzzer never buzzed nor lit up. We were told someone else must have grabbed our falafel burger. Other people too were waiting around forever wondering about their food orders.When it finally came, it was severely overcooked crumbling in my hands.The saving grace was Matt, the manager.He displayed professionalism, heard us out, gave us a refund for our time and trouble plus comped our meal at the other restaurant, Tuskers.

Waited over an hour, buzzer they gave me didn’t even work.

We recieved a buzzer for our meal, which did not buzz. Our food was cold. I mentioned that the food sat in the window for 10 minutes before the buzzer went off and was met with a "I'm new, we're figuring it out."When you're spending $20 per person, I'd expect a nicer response from staff.
