Don’t get excited when you see the short line, when you get to the pickup area, 15 people who ordered on mobile will be picking up ahead of you. DO NOT order in line. DO order online

Food took 30+ mins, the buzzer never buzzed nor lit up. We were told someone else must have grabbed our falafel burger. Other people too were waiting around forever wondering about their food orders. When it finally came, it was severely overcooked crumbling in my hands. The saving grace was Matt, the manager. He displayed professionalism, heard us out, gave us a refund for our time and trouble plus comped our meal at the other restaurant, Tuskers.

A great place to eat while you're visiting the zoo. Only opens when the zoo is busy and it is best if you order online.

We recieved a buzzer for our meal, which did not buzz. Our food was cold. I mentioned that the food sat in the window for 10 minutes before the buzzer went off and was met with a "I'm new, we're figuring it out."When you're spending $20 per person, I'd expect a nicer response from staff.

Absolutely unorganized! You can order at the window or online. If you order at the window they give you a "buzzer" it's supposed to light up when your order is ready, however they ended up calling out names. Sadly no one could hear their names. The workers were not being very loud. If you did not come, say you were around the corner on the side of the building because you were told the "buzzer" would alert you, your food sat, in the window with the wind blowing and dying (restaurant term). If you ordered online they would email you when it was ready, however that also proved to be the wrong choice since they will again call out for you and leave your food to die. It's a wonderful zoo full of amazing animals but I recommend to bring your own food and do not waste your time not money at this place!

Great burgers, came with tater tots. Little on the pricey side. Beer came in an aluminum cup so drink stayed cool. We were served burgers 10 min after paying. Ate at the shaded benches nearby. For reference we grabbed an early lunch around 11:20am on a Friday.

You wait in line after ordering for an hour and get cold disgusting food. Eat before you come to the Zoo. Absolutely repulsive

Slightly on the expensive side (for what it is, anyway), but positively surprised by how good this is for in-zoo fast food. We liked the tater tots, especially the wild style ones (sauce, cheese, and bacon as toppings), and the burger was good!

However, be prepared for a super long wait (like a half hour), especially when it's a sunny summer day.
