It’s surprising this restaurant have not gone under. If you call in an order they leave you on hold until you hang up. If you call back and express your dissatisfaction it’s ignored. I will never spend my money here

Was in town for orientation over at the University, my son and I wanted to get some wild Wing, and as Fate would have it while doing was closed on Wednesday??? Not sure why this was not noted as it looked like they were opened however they weren't. Very disappointing.

The wings here are TINY. Like half the size of a traditional wing. Maybe smaller honestly. It’s like they killed the chicken just after it hatched. And you’re paying like $1.50+ per wing. Ours also came very over cooked and tough. Good flavor on the sauces though.Our service was great and polite. The band that performed was entirely too loud though and I couldn’t have a conversation with someone directly next to me.Don’t bother eating here. Not worth the price point sadly.

Food was disgusting. The sauces didn’t have enough flavor to them and they were so greasy. Waitress was nice, but it took forever to sat us down and the tables weren’t even full. All of of us had very bad stomach issues the next day. Definitely thought it was over priced.Had a lot of TVs & a little arcade.

Today was not a good experience. Fries cooked hard and cold. Never got our appetizer. We could have bought better wings at the food lion. The food was not good at all.And I ask for a shot split 2 ways. Was charged for 2 shots. Not happy. Won't be back

We were looking for new places to try so we decided to head downtown to Wild Wing cafe. We arrived around 4:45pm and quickly realized parking was limited but drove around until we found a parking spot up the road. Not a huge deal for us. When we arrived inside we were pleasantly surprised at how nice the interior of the restaurant was. The outside is too but we never expected the inside to be so spacious and to have a whole arcade upstairs and a pool room! We were told it would be a 20 minute wait due to very limited servers. We understand in todays time how normal that’s becoming so we didn’t mind the wait. After we were seated we realized just how understaffed they truly are, we waited a good 15 minutes for our drinks and then probably 20 minutes after that before we even got our order taken. Our server had just about every table on the floor to take care of (including 2 HUGE parties). Once again, we didn’t mind waiting. Once we got our food we were adamant that we had a new favorite restaurant! It was amazing and well worth the wait!! It was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We talked to our server for a bit when he got a few seconds to talk and he let us know that most of the servers are in college and their schedules are hard to work with and that the restaurant itself isn’t really ever busy which surprised us a lot because of how good our food was and how nice the whole atmosphere was. All in all, I think that if they had more servers and more business that this restaurant would THRIVE. They have pool tables, TVs, a stage for live entertainment, a bar, and an upstairs arcade, which means unlimited opportunities for families to take their children and enjoy a great meal at decent maybe a little high prices. We will definitely go back!!
Came to Wild Wings on Feb. 3rd before the Soul 2 Soul concert. The service was good and food hot. But the heat in the restaurant was broken . We were told that it had been broken for quite some time . Be mindful it is 45* degrees outside and it seems cooler inside than out . “Wild Wings” do your staff and customers a favor and fix the heat ????

Just went to this place for the first time with my husband. I was on my hour lunch, and thought this place was going to be quick. Boy was I wrong. We get in cafe at 1:10 and the server didn’t even take our orders until 1:25. We finally get our beverages, 10 minutes later. Our food didn’t come out until 1:50, at that point my lunch time is up. We asked for a box and even that took 5 minutes. I understand if the place was busy, but it wasn’t. I even saw two other people leave because their order wasn’t taken yet. I’m giving this place a one star because I’m forced too. I do not recommend this place if you have an hour lunch. Maybe if you had a two hour lunch but waiting almost a full hour to get our food is ridiculous.

We went out to this location to start our night on New Year Eve. Surprisingly it wasn’t busy, we walked in right to the bar and was greeted and serviced immediately. Sean the bartender but also the GM provided AMAZING customer service our entire time there. He was super friendly and gave us great recommendations on what to order. The drinks were great! We ordered wings and they were delicious. Definitely recommend this location!

Pretty terrible. We called an order in, waited 45 minutes inside the restaurant for our chicken sandwich and 6 wings. The wings are so much tinier than they used to be, it should be considered an appetizer. The beer we drank was flat, they forgot an order of fries and did the wrong sauce on the wings even though the to-go ticket was perfectly correct. Not sure who wasn’t paying attention in the kitchen, but we will never be back.

Ate at the bar tonight and it was amazing! Not to mention the bartender Avery!! She was amazing. Drinks were made perfectly, food was amazing! Avery definitely outdone herself, and we will definitely be back! I honestly thought she was the manger, keep up the good work hun! See you again soon!!!
