Our waiter Tony was nice, laid back and attentive. Our food was delicious and the portions generous. Will definitely come back!

The food was good. It took a while for the food to come out. I am going to assume that was because of being short staff. The servers were great and they kept checking on us while we waited for our food to come out.Parking: The parking was simple and close to the restaurant. But that was because of the time of day. Not to busy.

I'm going to be honest I've been to this location twice within the past month and the wings are overpriced and not large in size. Our server was awful we didn't even get our buffalo dip so we canceled the order. Just go to top dawg tavern down the street I promise it's way better.

Everything is sticky. Floors, door handles, tables. AC isn't working and there are flies everywhere. They have a very limited menu waiting on a delivery. There are less than 5 customers in here but everything is dirty. Make it make sense. Not their finest hour. Based on this visit, I won't be back.

We visited in the afternoon on 7/16 and the restaurant was almost empty, we were seated immediately but sat there for 15 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged that we there! The one waitress that passed by us several times didn't even say a word to us then proceeded to clean a dirty table behind us instead of taking our drink order. We got up and left and still the staff walking around and the girls at the door never said anything to us! Horrible customer service!!!!

Went there to try to have a decent meal and had to leave. Upon walking in we waited to be seated but instead decided to walk in and find own seat because nobody came. Walked in and tables were all dirty staff and customers were loud at bar and didn't noticed i needed help. Stood around just to see what would happen and to my disappointment nobody still didn't come. Really wanted wings @ Wild wings on Saturday but left after no service and the presentation of restaurants.

Visited here 7/1/22 will probably not visit again. Was out of things on the menu I wanted to try and service was fairly slow for the restaurant to be empty, maybe because we sat outside. The wings were only subpar but we hadn't eaten all day. We did order the nachos very nice portion for the price.

Restaurant was extremely dirty floors sticky and gross. Service was slow and food came out for four people one at a time. Wrap did not include all ingredients, chicken tenders were over cooked in old oil. Mac and cheese was dry and stuck together. They only had plastic silverware. Very overpriced and low quality.Server was nice and tried to be attentive but was the only one there when we arrived.

Went in there with a friend who was waiting for a group. I was already hungry so I ordered 10 wings am hour and a half later they still hadn't brought them. I forgot I ordered them! It wasn't until the party arrived that I remembered and then they brought them out to me COLD! I gave them to another guest and refused to pay. The server was nice enough but they are completely swamped. Not enough servers and apparently not enough cooks to get things out faster. The drinks were decent enough but on an empty stomach not so good for me.

Ordered via Doordash for pickup. Arrived when the order said it would be ready. Waited another 40 minutes past the time order was supposed to be ready and didn't receive the whole order. Had to wait another 20 minutes for Spud fries. Walked inside to use the restroom and overhead the head cook or Manger ask the bartender if he wanted some leftover wings that customers did not pickup, more than likely left the establishment because it took so long for the order to be ready. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

We arrived at 7pm and they said it wasn’t ready but they’d bring it out to the car. We assumed we only had a couple minutes to wait. At 7:26 we got our food and when checked we were missing items. When we told them, they said it would be an extra 8 minutes. We waiting 13 more minutes. And we were not the only ones. There are other customers leaving and demanding their money back. They said they are understaffed. They should put a notice that wait times are longer. Very poor service. Will not recommend and will definitely not return.

I went to wild wings in Sandhills on 6/26/22 because my nieces from out of town wanted some wings. I arrived there at 4:40pm. I and my 3 nieces were seated with menus and I requested a booster seat for the little one. We sat and looked over the menu. 10 mins went by and no one came to take our drink or food orders. Servers kept walking by to help other tables and no-one stop to us. Another table came and sat behind us and was served immediately with drink orders. So I'm looking like hmm. So I stop one of the workers and asked for a manager. He asked what was wrong. I told him we been sitting for over 20 mins and no one came to our table to take orders or anything. He said did someone sit you at this table. I said yea the girl brought our menus and a booster seat. I said those people behind us just walked in and they are already being help and we haven't had anyone come to our table since we sat down. At this point I assumed that he was going to get the manager. Another 10 mins went by I looked up and the guy was serving behind the bar. So I stopped another young lady that worked there and I said "do we not have a server for this table?" She asked me who sat you was it the girl in the grey shirt. I said yes the one that had a red spot in her eye. The worker said oh yea she's new she don't know. So I said are we not going to get served?? The girl just walked off. So at this point I'm pissed. My nieces were hungry and been waiting for a while. After I bragged about how good their wings are my nieces were disappointed that they couldn't try them. I just got up and left. Went to another restaurant where we received excellent service. Yea I won't be back to Wild Wings Sandhills for a while. If you have time to waste and want poor service this is the place for you!!!

My family and I stopped in to eat lunch on 6/18/22. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. It appeared that all or some of the toilets had overflowed and there was raw sewage on the floor and the smell was horrible. The overall condition of the restaurant was nasty feeling. I will not ever eat at a Wild Wings Cafe again.

The worst place in Columbia to eat at. You order and they say they don't want to serve the table. You watch people around you get seated and served while you wait. Thought it'll be a good family dinner night but turned into a lesson that just because a restaurant is good in one area it's not the same everywhere. Don't give me short staff and be understanding when there where workers just walking around and they're tables left due to not being served. I will say the young lady at the door was exceptional. She felt terrible due to seeing what happened and put our drinks in. Came ba k to say our waiter was getting them but then after 20 mins still not receiving our drinks she went to get them and kept apologizing. Definitely don't take your family take a date you don't want to be on. The service will get you off the hook. And I have to d*** but I tried the hot shots curbside due to when I was there they ran out but told me after we had already been served meals and this was a appetizer. And the pics will show you what I got. First pic is what they should look like. Color and all. Then it's what I got.

agoNEW Wings were tasty and hot. Me and my family had the pleasure of coming in and being greeted by the sweet hostess Jodie. She kindly sat us and got our server for us. Made our day. Server was right on point. Got our drinks and food. Hostess also kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. Very pleasant attitude. Will be returning.
