This place has really gone downhill. I tried again after a previous issue where each of the three orders of wings was missing half the wings. This last time and final time my large fry looked like a McDonald's small and the wings had almost no sauce and a couple of them weren't even full wings. I wouldn't be surprised if they close down soon.

This was the last straw at this location on Assembly Street. I asked for 2 orders of Crunch wings which were not only not completely fried, but also soggy. They have an I don't care attitude at that location and it reflects in the lack of professionion. I didn't see how bad it was until I got home because it was wrapped up so I couldn't look beforehand. No more!!!!

I understand if customers ordering wings late is frustrating but serving raw chicken is not okay. Seriously health hazard at this location. This is a college campus location where late night orders are to be expected. I feel being served 20 raw wings after a $40 tab was done purposely.

This place seriously needs to be shut down. Horrible food and even worse service. The owner should be nothing short of embarrassed to own this place. I’d rather fly to Albania and get wings from the first restaurant I see than get wings from here on a Monday night.Never again.If there is a God, I pray to them that the owner sees this.

If I can give this restaurant 0 stars I would! I received chicken with feathers on every wing in my box and my order was wrong! This is my first time trying this place and I will never go again. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!

When I went to Wing Zone and was highly disappointed. I order two mixes of wings half lemon pepper half and half honey got no lemon pepper instead some kind of spicy wings for my girlfriend but she can’t not eat spicy and paid for ranch and extra ranch didn’t get any mozzarella sticks no sauce batter barley cooked and didn’t put my sauce on the side like i requested 0/10 bone pieces and brittles were falling off and never seen wings so bad.

Whoever the man that was working Friday night 2/23-2/24 he was working the counter and the kitchen…. He deserves raise! I’m just a door-dasher but I was really amazed at his hard work. I wish I had cash I would have most definitely tipped him! Keep up the good word! It’s not going unnoticed !

I ordered a 10 peice basket and another 16 count. The texture of the skin could only be described as gummy. In the 16 count, their was literally a wing tip AND one of the wings in the 10 count basket had actual feathers attached to it. Now, I get they don't pluck the wings and all but it's called quality control. You can't tell me the person who dropped them in the frier, tossed them in the sauce, and then checked the wings before they went out for delivery didn't notice. That is if they were actually paying attention to their job. THEN, when I called and some guy named Cameron, who claimed to be a manager, laughed, more than once, and said, ' hahaha we don't pluck the feathers here. What do you want a refund or something?' You could tell he clearly didnt take me serious/believe me and thought i was stupid. Then when I asked for the district managers number he said, 'I don't have that here but you can look it up.' I could care less about a refund. It's just point and principle now. I also found the owners number and am awaiting feedback and resolution for the ACTUAL manager, not the owner the owner who I spoke to, the manager. I really wish their was a way to leave zero stars on here, because they don't even deserve one.

SAD I place blame on the ownership of this franchise. They obviously do not care for this business nor paying, training & holding staff accountable. Caters to college students who also don’t care. I should have just taken a match to my $31.

I have been eating from this wing zone for over 10 years but this is the worst they have ever been my wings so so big and it was no flavor. I spent $36 on something I can’t even eat while he sat in the back and played with his dread I will never go here
